摘要：

作为一种新型的计算范式, 云计算已经成为近两年研究的热点，其目标是为用户动态地提供可靠的、可定制的、服务质量（QoS）保证的IT计算环境服务。研究综述从定义、服务层次、计费方式及未来发展等方面对云计算进行了分析，旨在为科学地评估云计算的运营和使用提供一定的参考。

关键词: 云计算, 效用计算, 规模经济, 服务层次, 计费方式

Abstract:

As a new computing paradigm, cloud computing has become a research hotspot in recent years. Its goal is to dynamically provide reliable, customizable, quality of service（QoS） guaranteed IT computing environment services for users. Discussing this new paradigm from its definition, service levels, pricing model and its future development will help to make a scientific analysis of how to use and operate cloud computing.
