Evaluation and Classification Research of CO2 Emission Reduction
on Low Carbon ICT Solutions in China

采用全生命周期评价(LCA)、The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Project Accounting和The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Corporate Accounting三种测算方法对信息与通信技术(ICT)产品的二氧化碳减排能力进行评估。在测算了14种典型ICT产品后,创造了低碳经济发展(LCE)矩阵,并将ICT产品分为明星产品、环卫工人产品、现金取款机产品和问号产品四类,根据不同种类的特点给出了不同产品的发展建议。

The carbon dioxide emission reduction capacity of information and telecommunication technology (ICT) solutions is assessed by life cycle assessment (LCA), the Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Project Accounting and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Corporate AccountingIn this paper, the low carboneconomy(LCE)matrix is created after analyzing and calculating 14 ICT solutions, and all the ICT solutions are divided into four categories: star product, sanitation worker, cash supporter and question markFour different development proposals are given to four categories of ICT solutions according to characteristics
