摘要: 基于空间计量分析方法,利用2002—2015年中国28个省级行政区面板数据研究R&D(Research  and Development)经费结构对全要素生产率的空间溢出效应。研究结果表明,R&D经费结构对全要素生产率空间溢出效应具有差异性:从不同类型R&D经费来讲,相比于应用研究和试验发展,基础研究对全要素生产率的空间溢出效应和总效应更强;从不同执行部门R&D经费来讲,相比于研发机构和企业,高校对全要素生产率的空间溢出效应和总效应更强。以上述结论为依据,针对R&D经费结构的合理配置、区域协同创新机制的构建提出参考建议。

Abstract: Based on the spatial econometric analysis method, the spatial spillover effect of R&D structure indexes on total factor productivity is studied with the panel data of China′s 28 provinces from 2002 to 2015 The research results show that spatial spillover effect of R&D structure indexes on total factor productivity are different: from the point of different types of R&D funds, compared with applied research and experiment development, spatial spillover effect or total effect of the fundamental research on total factor productivity is stronger; from the point of different sectors of R&D funds, compared with R&D institutions and enterprises, spatial spillover effect or total effect of the colleges on total factor productivity is stronger The conclusion provides some suggestions for the adjustment of R&D structure indexes, and the establishment of regional collaborative innovation mechanism
