摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于第三产业中劳动密集型行业偏多，劳动力成本成为外商直接投资（Foreign Direct Investment, FDI）引进的重要影响因素。通过分析劳动力成本上升对第三产业FDI流动的影响，为各地区第三产业FDI引进提供理论支持与建议。利用相关年份第三产业数据，分地区实证分析了单位劳动力成本的变化情况及其对我国第三产业FDI的影响。研究结果表明：单位劳动力成本上升对中西部地区的第三产业FDI引进影响最大，第三产业增加值对第三产业FDI引进有促进作用，居民消费水平偏高对于第三产业FDI引进有阻碍作用。最后，在归纳研究结论基础上提出相关政策建议。

Abstract: Since China′s reform and opening up, the service sector has gradually expanded to the outside world, and the tertiary industries has made great progress in attracting foreign capital Due to more labor-intensive industry in the tertiary industry, labor cost has become an important factor in the introduction of foreign direct investment (FDI) Through analyzing the influence of labor cost rise on FDI flows in the tertiary industry, theoretical support and suggestions for FDI introduction in various regions are provided Based on the data of tertiary industry in related years, the change of unit labor cost and its influence on FDI of China′s tertiary industry by region are empirically analyzed The results show that the rise in unit labor cost has the greatest impact on the introduction of FDI in the tertiary industry in the central and western regions, and the added value of the tertiary industry can promote the introduction of FDI in this industry The high level of consumption hinders the introduction of FDI in the tertiary industry Finally, based on the conclusion of the research, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward
