摘要: 微信是国内移动互联网用户覆盖最广,热度最高的应用之一[1]。随着微信功能的开放,基于微信端的教育类公众号大量出现,但其技术手段单一,运营模式简单。采用案例研究法及目的抽样法从大量已有应用中挑选出四个基于微信的教育类公众号典型案例,进行案例内分析,并采用九要素商业模式分析框架进行交叉案例分析,找出其中的共性特征及其特色和差异。探讨了微信端移动学习目前普遍存在的一些问题,认为当前移动学习应用应关注学习理论和教学模式创新,进一步优化创新学习服务模式,升级在线教育机构的营销手段,在易用性和功能性之间寻找平衡,在运营上实现垂直化、专业化。

Abstract:  WeChat is one of the most widely used and most popular applications in China. Based on WeChat, various services have been created and promoted, and it has become one of the platforms for mobile learning and online education. Through literature review, it is found that no researcher has made analysis on the business model of mobile learning on WeChat. Herein, four typical cases of WeChat mobile learning from a large number of existing applications were selected. And then the nine-factor business model is used to analyze these cases to find out the common characteristics and the differences among them. Meanwhile, some common problems in mobile learning are also discussed on WeChat. It is pointed out that mobile learning Apps should pay attention to the innovation of learning theory and teaching mode, optimize and innovate learning service modes, upgrade the marketing methods, look for balance between ease of use and functionality, and verticalize their operation professionally.
