Abstract:

Based on the related papers retrieved from Chinese journal full-text database, we review and analyze recent academic researches on factors that affect the enterprise innovation performance Taking advantage of meta-analysis, in terms of four dimensions such as the year the paper was published, the means by which the enterprise innovation performance is defined, the classification of factors, and the method adopted in the paper, we give a relatively comprehensive survey about studies on factors influencing enterprise innovation performance, and we find that the number of papers distributed by dimensions differs from each other, which exhibits situation of correlative study Finally we make some valuable suggestion to the further researches of relevant fields
