摘要:

如何在大学教育中实现可持续性的创新型人才培养,是我国当前高等教育改革迫切需要解决的问题。构建面向创新型人才培养的大学教育生态环境,是解决这一问题的核心。本研究基于Living Lab创新体系,对国内外多所大学的创新生态现状与创新人才培养方法进行了深入研究,构建了基于Living Lab理念的大学教育创新生态体系,并深入阐述了这一体系中的各个要素、相互关系以及基本特征;同时,结合我国当前创新型人才培养现状,提出通过课程/项目、机构、决策三个层面的创新实践,推动基于Living Lab理念的大学教育创新生态体系的全面构建。

Abstract:

How to achieve sustainable cultivation of innovative talents in universities is the urgent problem in China’s current higher education reform To solve this problem, the core issue lies in construction of higher education eco-environment for cultivation of innovative talents The goal of this study is to construct higher education innovation ecosystem based on Living Lab through analyzing a number of university innovation ecological status and cultivation of innovative talents from China and foreign countries Meanwhile, the study puts forward three level of innovation practice, that is, project, organization, decision making, to construct higher education ecosystem
