Exploration of University Practical Education Under Living Lab Innovation System

摘要:

为有效改善教育的现状,结合Living Lab创新体系下用户驱动创新的创意-概念-原型-开发-实验示范-市场化(ICPDPM)模型和创新过程对学生素质的要求,提出了适合当前大学创新实践教育的体验-构思-设计-实施-运营-知识化-分享(E-CDIO-KS)模式,并将其运用到具体的实践探索——创新营中。首先介绍了Living Lab创新体系和建设要素,创新营的具体实践和效果,然后从创新教育生态环境的角度进行了总结。希望通过该教育实践能有效改善当前教育现状,最终提高高校毕业生的个人能力、职业能力以及团队合作和交流能力等。

Abstract:

In order to improve the present education situation efficiently, this paper proposes experience-conceive-design-implement-operate-knowledge-share(E-CDIO-KS) model, combining with ICPDPM model of user driven innovation under Living Lab innovation system and the requirement of students’ quality in innovation practice, and implements the model in the exploration of “Innovation Camp” in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications This paper introduces Living Lab innovation system and construction factors, as well as the practice and effectiveness of “Innovation Camp”, and draws conclusions from the perspective of innovative education ecology It is hoped that the exploration will help to efficiently improve the current education situation, and finally will improve personal skills, occupation capacity, teamwork and communication skills of university graduates, and nurture more talents for the society ultimately
