大学生心理发展需求与辅导员工作技能匹配度研究

Matching Degree of College Students’ Psychological Development Demand and Counselors’ Working Skills

摘要: 使用自编大学生心理发展需求与辅导员工作技能匹配度问卷,对辅导员在解决大学生心理发展需求问题方面的技能水平进行考查,大学生心理发展需求包括安全需求、社交需求、自我价值需求、自我实现需求四个方面。结果发现,问卷具有较好的信度,心理发展需求及其各维度之间相关较好,大学生所评价的辅导员技能水平整体较好,文科生的心理发展需求与辅导员工作技能的匹配度高于理工科学生,大一学生的心理发展需求与辅导员工作技能的匹配度高于大二、大三学生。

Abstract: College counselors’ ability of solving the problems of college students’ psychological development demand is investigated by using self-compiled questionnaire about matching degree of college students’ psychological development demand and counselors’ working. College students’ psychological development demand includes safety demand, social demand, self-value demand and self-realization demand. The results show that: the questionnaire has good reliability; the correlations between psychological development demand and its dimensions are good; counselors’ working ability evaluated by college students is strong as a whole; matching degree of psychological development demand of arts students and counselors’ working skills is higher than that of science students; matching degree of psychological development demand of freshmen and counselors’ working skills is higher than that of sophomores and junior students.
