劳动力转移对中国全要素生产率的影响——基于2000—2014年省级面板数据的实证分析

摘要: 首先,根据2000—2014年全国各省和直辖市面板数据,采取DEA-Malmquist指数法,对我国30个省、自治区及直辖市的全要素生产率进行测算,并分析了劳动力转移对全要素生产率的影响。结果表明:劳动力转移有利于全要素生产效率(Total Factor Productivity,TFP)的增长,且当第一产业就业人数占总就业人数的比例每减小1%时,全要素生产率会增加139%。其次,通过地域划分,横向比较了不同区域内劳动力转移对TFP的具体作用效果,其作用效果大小按照西南、中南、东北、华北、华东以及西北地区顺序呈现递减规律。最后,将全要素生产率分解为纯技术效率、技术进步指数和规模效率,分别探究劳动力转移对它们的影响。研究发现:劳动力转移影响全要素生产率主要是通过对技术进步水平与规模效率水平的影响所实现的。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of provinces and municipalities from 2000 to 2014 in China, the DEA-Malmquist index method is used to measure total factor productivity (TFP) of China′s 30 provinces and municipalities,as well as the impact of labor transfer on TFP are studied Results show that labor transfer is favorable to the growth of TFP, and when the proportion of employment in the primary industry to the total number of employed people decreases by 100%, TFP will increase by 139% Secondly, the specific effect of labor transfer in different regions on TFP is compared by region division Finally, TFP is divided into PTEC, TECH and SEC, and the impact of labor transfer on them is explored respectively Study finds that labor transfer affecting TFP is achieved mainly through the level of technological progress and economies of scale efficiency
