Abstract: The study of telecom tariff regulation is of important meanings and deserves more attention.Through introducing the characteristics of telecommunication,the article analyses the property of natural monopoly of telecom industry. And the discussions about problems in inter-telecommunication tariff regulation are stressed.Finally the study educes further thoughts on the problems discussed.
