Abstract:

Expansion of domestic demand, especially consumer demand is a longterm strategic approach It needs to integrate means of policy, market, and law Law can play the unique role of promoting consumption growth because of its normative, mandatory and predictability But to play a role, the legal means must be policyoriented The current law deployment is flawed and a comprehensive analysis of existing policy is necessary After that, we can allocate the legal resources for the consumption growth
