Abstract: “New retail” which is supported by big data and takes consumer as the core, makes full use of the Internet and intelligent machine technology to integrate design, production, circulation, consumption as integration and innovation with full formats, forming a new retail mode with the full channel supply chain and the complete integration of online and offline “New retail” is a new revolution of retail industry, and it also provides development opportunities for China’s express and logistics industry, accelerates the innovation of express and logistics industry model, and changes the spatial layout of express and logistics Based on the background of the new retail era, the development of express and logistics industry, challenges faced by the logistics industry in the new retail era and the new supply chain model are explored The remodeling of new retail to express and logistics industry and  the future development strategies of the industry in the new retail era are also discussed
