Abstract: Online learners continuance learning intention will largely affect the effectiveness of E-learning. By selecting the literature related to the topic of E-learning continuance intention as samples from the databases of Web of Science (WoS) and Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI), the number of publications, the distribution of research countries/regions, and the distribution of research institutions and core authors are comparatively analyzed. Then, by keyword analysis, research hot spots are comparatively studied from three perspectives, i.e., educational environment and learning scenarios, research methods and theoretical models, research objects and their influencing factors. And, the evolution path is clarified and frontier analysis is conducted. Moreover, by co-citation analysis, e-learning continuance learning intention is elaborated in detail from two aspects of basic theories and models, and research methods. Based on the above research, three enlightenments are obtained: emphasizing intersection and continuation of research, designing research from a flexible and pioneering perspective and expanding to design-based research.
