College Students Attention Deficit Disorder in Online Learning #br# Based on Touchpoint Theory#br#

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has made the online course be a normal teaching mode, and online learning has become an important way for students autonomous learning. However, attention deficit disorder is a common problem faced by college students in online learning. Understanding the reasons why students lose focus in online learning is of great value for teachers to optimize online teaching methods and for students to improve the quality of autonomous learning. Starting from the two touchpoints of physical touchpoint and information touchpoint in college students online learning, the situation of college students attention deficit disorder in touchpoint scenes is collected by means of questionnaire survey, and factor analysis is used to process and analyse the data. It is found that besides negative effects, attention deficit disorder can also bring some positive effects. The reasons for attention deficit disorder are summarized into four points: students lack of interest in classroom content, poor learning environment and learning habits, exploration of platform functions and teacher-student interaction, and social activities. The first two are negatively correlated with learning effects, while the latter two are positively correlated, which can promote learning.
