Abstract

Abstract:

With the increasingly higher pressure in employment today, career decision-making has become an important factor influencing career decision-making difficulties In order to understand the key universities of science and engineering students’ career decision-making efficiency, this paper analyzes 487 college students, and the results shows that, grade, gender, region and family finances have the influence on career decision-making efficiency, but differences in major has no influence on career decision-making efficiency, based on which, this paper puts forward the improvement measures
