Influence of Psychological Capital on Entrepreneurial Intention of College Students

Abstract: The importance of psychological capital to entrepreneurial intention is increasingly prominent In order to analyze their relationship, a compiled questionnaire based on the existing entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention scale was used to collect data from college students Then, the data was analyzed by empirical analysis, including reliability and validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis The results show that seven dimensions of psychological capital have positively predictive effect on entrepreneurial intention, and the most significant predictive effects are acuity and excellence, social wisdom, and self-efficiency This study provides suggestions for college's startup education and guides students to improve their entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of psychological capital
