Legal Optimization of Indigenization on P2P Net Loan Platform

Abstract: Peer to peer (P2P) net loan platform taking network platform as its intermediary has gained rapid development in the field of Internet finance, and after its introduction to China, it gradually has its “indigenous” features for the sake of adaptation to the special financial environment of China. However, due to the lack of legal norms, market supervision and other necessary institutional constraints, P2P net loan platform has gradually stepped into “alienation”. Through pointing out issues on China’s P2P net loan platform, by using data analysis and data collection methods, loan platform for the development of P2P network-related recommendations are proposed, to improve its shortcomings in the legal system to ensure that our P2P net loan market completes local optimization.
