The development of “Internet plus” provides excellent infrastructure for personalized education principle — teaching students in accordance with their aptitude Expanded instant messaging software such as group function of QQ not only has powerful capability of group communication, but also can help achieve personalized social interaction Combined with the learning management system (LMS), group function of QQ can meet the personalized learning requirements of students and can provide better support for students’ learning activities Firstly, the requirements of personalized learning environment (PLE) and the characteristics of the group function of QQ were analyzed and then a framework for PLE based on group function of QQ was proposed Secondly, the PLE for graduation thesis tutoring was applied to verify the feasibility of the framework At last, the experimental results were collected and analyzed The results illustrated that the PLE based on group function of QQ could encourage students to get involved in the study and improve their academic performance

 The frequent occurrence of personal information abuse, has damaged personal rights and democratic rights of citizens, so the Amendment (IX) to the Criminal Law makes some modifications on Crime of Infringement on Personal Information of Citizens Among them, based on dualism of law interest, “personal information of citizens” not only means personal information on the basis of citizenship in constitutional level, but also means personal information in the national and social interest; in consideration of legal order consistency, “breaking related national regulation” needs both definite provisions and general rules in laws and regulations, and thus it should be the object of formal interpretation Meanwhile, precondition of judging illegality will follow the standard of whether the citizen agrees to the usage of personal information Based on the theory of quota factors, “gravity of the circumstances” should be seen as the element of illegality The type and amount of information, the infringement outcome and subjective purpose all have influence on the crime evaluation

 WeChat, with the features of large number of users and strong relationship between each other brings huge opportunities to marketing Since the advertising was introduced to WeChat Moments, it is gradually increasing, and consumers’ acceptance has become the focus of attention valued by brand manufacturers, enterprises and WeChat platform Based on the perspective of consumers’ interaction, the factors that influence the acceptance of advertising from WeChat Moments are empirically analyzed by the data collected by questionnaires Technology acceptance model (TAM) is applied in this research The results show that the interactive relationship strength can have positive effects on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment and perceived trust, and the first three variables can positively influence consumers’ acceptance of advertising from WeChat Moments while the influence of perceived trust on acceptance of advertising is not significant

Taking the panel data of China’s listed companies in manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2015 as a sample, the relationship between mixed ownership and corporate performance is empirically studied by using multiple regression analysis The results show that the equity dispersion and corporate performance have no significant correlation; there is a positive correlation between equity ownership mixed degree and corporate performance; compared with non-state-owned enterprises, equity ownership mixed degree of state-owned enterprises promotes corporate performance upgrading more obviously In order to further develop state-owned enterprises, we should continue to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, encourage the development of mixed ownership, and optimize the structure of property rights

Writing is a barrier to language acquisition for many non-English major learners Students’ writings are problematic in terms of content, structure and language The effectiveness of traditional writing teaching model is thus questioned and the researcher adopts the flipped classroom model in the experimental group Compared with the controlled group to whom the traditional teaching model is applied, the experimental group’s scores in applied writings are significantly higher And it is found through questionnaires that students in the experimental group are more active, careful, and confident in writing, they have a stronger motivation for writing, they are less anxious in writing and they have a better command of writing strategy knowledge than the controlled group although the two groups show no significant difference in the use of writing strategies Individual interviews also reveal that students in the experimental group hold a positive attitude towards the flipped classroom teaching model The research hereby puts forward the suggestion of applying the flipped classroom model in the writing classes for non-English major students in the hope of improving students’ overall writing proficiency

The rapid development of information technology in basic education has aroused wide concern towards its construction and application The existing evaluation frameworks for e-Education are mainly numerical and static, and it is difficult to assess education informatization level dynamically The capability maturity model for software (CMM) is applied to the evaluation of informatization development in K-12 schools With reference to the excellent e-Education practice of K-12 schools, an “evaluation framework for education informatization of K-12 schools” is compiled through literature review and two rounds of expert investigation, and its effectiveness is validated through small-scale trial assessments The framework and assessment methods can be used to evaluate the development level of information technology in K-12 schools and to provide guidance for their future development
