Following the calculation logic of “contribution degree-increment-total amount”, and based on the construction of a digital economy accounting framework, the digital economy scale of nine representative provinces in the four major urban agglomerations: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Chengdu-Chongqing, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, from 2003 to 2019 is calculated, and the differences of regional development in these urban agglomerations are analyzed. The findings are as follows: Digital technology drives the collaborative improvement of industrial digitization and digital industrialization through substitution effect and penetration effect, and promotes economic growth. There is a large digital divide within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration plays a good regional synergistic effect and shows the transformation of the old and the new digital economy growth poles. Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has obvious dual-core balanced development pattern of digital economy.  Digital industrialization is prominent in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, but the proportion advantage of industrial digitalization is not significant due to the characteristics of industrial structure, and the penetration dividend of digital technology is gradually becoming saturated. On this basis, policy suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality and balanced development of regional digital economy.

In order to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy, the impact of digital finance on the high-quality economic development is theoretically analyzed based on the perspective of financial functions, and the 2011—2018 provincial panel data is used to empirically test the hypotheses of the theoretical analysis. The empirical results show that digital finance can promote high-quality economic development by improving financial availability and resource allocation efficiency. In the heterogeneity test, it is found that targeted digital financial supervision can enhance the promotion effect; in addition, the promotion effect will be affected by regional heterogeneity. The promotion effect in the central region is greater than that in the west, and the least is the east. Therefore, in order to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy, it is necessary to strengthen targeted financial supervision and prevent systemic financial risks while accelerating the development of digital finance.

In the era of big data, the rise of e-commerce platform not only creates a new market, but also has a great impact on the existing legal regulation rules. In particular, the existing relevant laws and regulations have not played a preventive role in illegal abuse of personal data by the marketing advertising push behavior on e-commerce platform. Therefore, the regulation mode of marketing advertising push behavior on e-commerce platform should be upgraded, that is, the criminal law regulation should be included. However, at this stage, the criminal law regulation has some difficulties in theory and practice. In the era of big data, it is necessary to establish a criminal law regulation mode on illegal abuse of personal information in the behavior of marketing advertising push in line with the temper of the times, so that it can not only prevent the illegal abuse of personal data, but also protect the personal data rights and interests of platform consumers and e-commerce platform.

The promoting effects of relative preference of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) tariff concession on imports of one country from the partner countries are theoretically explored, and the influence of trade complementarity, trade competitiveness and export product structure similarity on the promotion effects is identified. By introducing a relative preference margin index and based on the three-dimensional panel data of “Country-Product-Year” from 2004 to 2018, the trade gravity model is used to carry out empirical testing. The results of the overall sample show that the relative preference of FTA tariff concession has promoted China’s import trade, and all of the three factors strengthen this promoting effect. As to the country sample, for products with high trade competitiveness from developed countries, products with strong complementarity and high structural similarity from developing countries, the relative preference of FTA tariff concession has a greater promoting effect on trade. As to the product sample, the relative preference of FTA tariff concession is more conducive to China’s imports of technology-intensive products with high trade competitiveness and resource-intensive products with high export product structural similarity, but it inhibits China’s imports of labor-intensive products with high export product structural similarity. Suggestions on FTA tariff concession strategies are put up from three aspects: overall consideration, strengthening South-South negotiations and focusing on some specific product categories.

Taking private listed enterprises as research subjects, the impact of the application of new monetary policy tools on financing constraints of private enterprises is studied from a micro perspective, and new tools are also compared with traditional monetary policy ones. Integrating three monetary policy tools-medium-term lending facility (MLF), statutory reserve ratio (SSR), and open market operations (OMO) into the traditional financing constraint model of investment-cash flow sensitivity, and collecting data of private enterprises from 2014 to 2019, the effects of different monetary policy tools on alleviating the financing constraints of private enterprises are compared. The empirical results show that some traditional monetary policy tools cannot alleviate the financing constraints of private enterprises, while MLF as a new monetary policy tool can effectively reduce the financing constraints of private enterprises and is an important supplement to the monetary policy tool system.

In recent years, the concept of sharing and cooperation has gradually integrated into the express delivery industry. However, the utilization rate of co-distribution mode in express industry is not high, and there are problems such as small cooperation scope, ambiguous pricing mechanism, and unreasonable revenue distribution. Based on the background of joint distribution and considering the influence of couriers’ behavior on the revenue of express delivery companies, a 4-level Stackelberg pricing game model is constructed for express companies, co-distribution centers, contract areas, couriers and express cabinets (posting stations) the best pricing strategy is formulated based on reverse derivation, and the effectiveness of the model is analyzed in combination with actual data. The study shows that joint distribution can effectively reduce the delivery cost of express companies and improve their efficiency; a reasonable pricing mechanism can provide stable income for all parties involved and maintain the development of the alliance; in addition, couriers’ behavior is an important factor affecting the pricing of the alliance.

The effective operation of the innovation ecosystem depends on the efficient collaboration of all partners in the governance mechanism. Based on contract governance and relationship governance, a tripartite evolutionary game model including platform enterprises and complementary enterprises is constructed. The conditions of the behavior stability of the game subjects are analyzed, and the key influencing factors are discussed by numerical simulation. The results show that the minimum excess returns obtained by complementary enterprises determine their strategic choice, and the change of R&D investment of either side will change the minimum excess returns accepted by participants. Incentive mechanism is a necessary prerequisite for complementary enterprises to participate in the innovation cooperation network. Platform enterprises with strong network relationships will significantly improve the cooperation willingness of complementary enterprises, and the two parties in a weak relationship can reach cooperation by a third party which has strong relationship with both. 

Pricing Decision of Express Logistics Warehousing Resource Sharing

In the pricing decision of express logistics storage resource sharing, the credit index of storage enterprises and express distribution efficiency index are introduced into the demand function, and for the four specific scenarios in warehousing resource sharing, four pricing models of basic warehousing service, warehouse distribution integration with non-cooperative game, warehouse distribution integration with cooperative game and sharing platform social welfare maximization are constructed, which can help warehousing enterprises to make the optimal pricing decisions and to select express companies in specific scenarios. The results show that the four game pricing models can improve the revenue of warehousing enterprises and the total revenue of integrated warehouse and distribution services. However, in the scenario of warehouse distribution integration, it is disadvantageous for express delivery enterprises to adopt either cooperative game strategy or non-cooperative game strategy. Sharing platform can better solve this problem. Under the scenario of sharing platform social welfare maximization, both total revenue and participants’ revenue are higher than those of other strategies. The storage resource sharing platform needs to give full play to its pricing suggestion and guidance role, to improve the efficiency of resource allocation.

This paper aims to explore the influence mechanism of different types of e-commerce streamers on consumers’ purchase from interview data and bullet-screen comments. Study 1 studied the interview data through grounded theory, and obtained the attributes of e-commerce streamers affecting consumers’ purchase; Study 2 specified the research of different types of e-commerce streamers’ attributes on consumers’ search and purchase of recommended products through Python data mining and econometric model regression. The results of Study 1 show that streamers’ attributes of charm, interaction, recommendation, display, professionalism and trust affect consumers’ purchase intention; E-commerce streamers’ attributes affect consumers’ internal perception and further consumers’ purchase intention. It is found that streamers’ attributes and content consistency positively regulate the impact of e-commerce streamers’ attributes on consumers’ internal perception. The results of Study 2 show that the attributes of expert streamers to enhance consumers’ purchase intention are charm, interaction, recommendation, display, professionalism and trust; The attributes of star streamers to enhance consumers’ purchase intention are charm and interaction; The attributes of official store streamers to enhance consumers’ purchase intention are interaction, display, recommendation and trust.

To response to the proposal of constructing “high-tech course” and further to improve the online teaching quality of professional courses, taking the course “Modern Chinese” as an example, the construction of “high-tech course” based on the criteria of international talents training is explored. On the basis of clarifying course orientation and teaching objectives, first and foremost, the moral education for international students should be implemented. Next, the multi-modal interactive teaching model is proposed, the teaching resources of multi-modal course are constructed and the teaching methods are designed according to the key teaching points. Finally, the course plans for sustainable construction are made including strengthening the construction of course team, optimizing teaching resources, improving the assessment system and promoting the teaching achievements. The findings will provide reference for the construction of more online professional courses for international students.
