Firstly, the theories of credit rationing, information economics and transaction cost are applied to study the influence of digital transformation of commercial banks on financing efficiency of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) Then, selecting 357 SMEs listed on NEEQ as the research objects, DEA (data envelopment analysis) method is used to measure financing efficiency of transaction and allocation stages in the financing process, and a coupling synergy model is used to measure comprehensive efficiency of the whole financing process The panel regression model is constructed for empirical analysis The results show that digital transformation of commercial banks has significantly positive effects on SMEs transaction and allocation efficiency, as well as comprehensive efficiency, but the effect has a certain lag The positive influence also presents heterogeneity, which is more obvious in non-state-owned SMEs and manufacturing SMEs Finally, countermeasures are proposed to promote digital transformation of commercial banks and improve the financing efficiency of SMEs, including strengthening top-level design and creating distinctive core competitiveness, optimizing the information environment and releasing digital credit value, adjusting the organizational structure and smoothing the internal linkage mechanism, reshaping customer relationships and realizing digital value output, etc

The spatial Durbin model (SDM) is used to study the impact of digital finance on regional innovation efficiency and its mechanism based on Chinas provincial panel data from 2011 to 2018 The results show that regional innovation efficiency has a certain spatial spillover, and a competitive effect exists in innovation activities from various regions The improvement of the development level of digital finance can improve innovation efficiency of the region, but the development of digital finance in neighboring regions will inhibit innovation efficiency of the region According to the estimated results of the intermediary effect model, the development of digital finance improves the efficiency of regional innovation mainly through the expansion of financial scale and the upgrading of industrial structure Finally, based on the above research and its heterogeneity analysis, policy recommendations are put forward in light of different regions.

Based on the analysis of the theoretical mechanism of the impact of digital economy development on export opening up degree, the relationship between the development of digital economy and export opening up is empirically studied by using the panel data of 31 provincial administrative units (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) in China from 2017 to 2019 Whether the relationship is affected by the heterogeneous factors (such as coastal or not, having free trade zones or not, and the e-commerce level of enterprises) is discussed By using the intermediary model, the path of the impact of digital economy development on export opening up is explored The main conclusions are as follows: the development of digital economy can significantly improve the export opening up, but the relationship is affected by heterogeneous factors, that is, the development of digital economy in coastal provinces and provinces with free trade zones has a greater impact on the export opening up However, the e-commerce level of enterprises weakens the relationship The research on intermediary effect confirms that innovation capacity plays a partial intermediary role between digital economy and export opening up The conclusion provides unique theoretical guidance and reference for the digital economy to promote export opening up.
