Under the operation of capital logic, western modernity spreads magnificently around the world. On the one hand, it brings great development of productive forces, and on the other hand, it also contains its own problems that are difficult to be solved. The times call for a new scheme of modernity so as to provide a new choice for exploring different cultures and road patterns of modernity. The proposal of a community with a shared future for mankind opens the possibility of discourse of pluralistic modernity and achieves discourse transcendence over western modernity. This idea breaks through the western linear narrative mode of time, surpasses western traditional values, bids farewell to the thinking logic of “a strong country is bound to hegemony”. It has set the course for reforming the global governance system, leading pluralistic modernity and realizing good global governance. As a discourse practice of constructing a community with a shared future for mankind, the “Belt and Road Initiative” not only highlights China’s sense of responsibility and mission as a major country, but also vigorously promotes the formation of a diversified world pattern.

Content Characteristics of High-quality Live Streaming Based on Text Mining

To explore the content characteristics of high-quality live streaming, text mining is conducted on the subtitle text. Firstly, the LDA model was used to extract themes, and the content of high-quality live streaming was divided into responsiveness, personalization, visualization, professionalism, reliability and entertainment, and the new definitions of them were given. Then, a suitable machine learning algorithm was used to predict the topic probability. Finally, the probability distribution of the content characteristics of high-quality live streaming was given by statistical analysis. The research showed that live streaming content provided utilitarian, hedonic and social value. The introduction duration of experience products was higher than that of search products, and experience products are higher than search products in terms of professionalism and entertainment, and lower in terms of visualization. In addition, the product introduction duration of the new live streaming studios was relatively shorter than that of mature ones and the new live streaming studios paid more attention to responsiveness. Some reasonable explanations were given for these findings based on previous research results. This study would help guide the work of new anchors and optimize the process for live streaming platforms.

Fintech ethical regulation guides and constrains fintech entities to fulfill market obligations and engage in goodwill altruistic behavior through ethical standards and behavioral norms. As a paradigm of “soft regulation”, fintech ethical regulation has been confirmed at the regulatory level in the document of “Fintech Development Plan (2022—2025)”. Constrained by the data monopoly of fintech companies, the “algorithmic black box” of fintech, and the regulation of financial divisions, fintech has much ethical anomie in the fields of data regulation, algorithm regulation, and platform transaction regulation. In order to seek a reasonable balance between “ethics” and “legalization” of fintech ethical regulation and achieve institutionalized construction, a feasible solution is to build a compound fintech ethical governance system of “government + enterprise + industry self-regulatory organization + the public”, use the regulatory sandbox to conduct fintech ethical operation tests, establish ethical self-examination and evaluation of fintech enterprises, and promote the transformation of fintech bottom-line ethical rules into legal rules.

 With the development of the Internet, enterprises’ algorithmic ethical responsibility has attracted much attention from scholars. However, there is no clear definition, measurement and impact on enterprise operation. The concept of “algorithmic ethical responsibility” is proposed to describe Internet enterprises’ responsibility of developing and utilizing algorithms under the requirements of basic social moral concepts, norms and values, and “algorithmic ethical responsibility” is taken as a new dimension of Internet enterprises’ social responsibility. Two sub studies are included. In Study 1, a scale of algorithmic ethical responsibility for Internet enterprises is developed, and the reliability and validity of the scale is verified. In Study 2, the impact of algorithmic ethical responsibility on corporate reputation and customer satisfaction is examined through structural equation model. The results show that, similar to the impact of other dimensions of corporate social responsibility, algorithmic ethical responsibility can also affect customer satisfaction through corporate reputation. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the research are discussed.

Effect of Media Attention on R&D Manipulation:Mediating Role of Financing Constraints

In order to cater to the policy of high-tech enterprise identification, enterprises falsify innovation and increase R&D expenses. Although enterprises reap financing dividends, this behavior harms the input and output of innovation. In reality, such R&D manipulation is often first discovered by media. The governance of media on R&D manipulation is researched, and the role of media in information transmission is considered, and financing constraint is introduced as a mediator variable. The empirical results show that financing constraints are the motivation of R&D manipulation. Negative and non-negative media reports directly regulate and promote R&D manipulation, respectively. However, both non-negative media reports and comprehensive media attention can indirectly reduce R&D manipulation by alleviating financing constraints. Further research finds that the construction of market-oriented process can enhance the governance role of media on the whole, and state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises are respectively subjected to “supportive supervision” and “restrictive supervision” when facing the media.

 Employees’ trust in leaders in work places is receiving extensive attention from scholars and managers. Although some studies have found the positive relationship between leader trustworthiness and employees’ voice behavior, few studies have explored the mechanism of leader trustworthiness on employees’ voice behavior. Based on the theory of social information processing, how leader trustworthiness, employees’ fear and narcissism affect employees’ voice behavior is explored. 184 paired samples of leaders-employees were collected by questionnaire. The results show that employees’ narcissism negatively moderates the relationship between leader trustworthiness and employees’ fear of the authority; employees’ fear of the authority negatively affects employees’ voice behavior; narcissism negatively moderates the mediating effect of fear of the authority between leader trustworthiness and employees’ voice behavior. This study not only reveals the boundary conditions for the positive impact of leader trustworthiness on employees’ voice behavior, but also discusses the mechanism of leader trustworthiness and narcissism on employees’ voice behavior from the perspective of employees’ fear.

International cooperation projects have always been valued and widely participated in by universities at home and abroad as an important part of talent cultivation in higher education, and the application in digital scenes in the context of COVID-19 has also become the main way of international cooperation projects of various universities. The path of digital scenes in international cooperation projects and talent cultivation mechanism of universities is emphasized, the current situation of digital scene application in international cooperation projects is summarized, and the path of international cooperation based on the digital mode is proposed by combining the important status of digitization in international cooperation projects of universities. Based on the case of digital application in international cooperation projects, the measures are put forward, which serves as reference for the new situation of international cooperation projects in the digital era, and assists international cooperation projects in stepping into a new stage.

In order to grasp the development trend of innovation and entrepreneurship education and explore the relevance of academic research and policy orientation on innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, literature from domestic academic journals in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship education from 2010 to 2019 is collected, hot topics are identified through LDA theme model, and the theme evolution path is analyzed in combination with the time dimension. At the same time, the word frequency analysis tool (SATI) is used to extract the focus of national policy in the decade and it is compared with the focus of literature research and their correlation is analyzed. The results show that the domestic literature on innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on the construction of measurement index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education effect, the construction of college students’ entrepreneurial ability model and the exploration of talent training mode. In the decade, China’s literature research hotspot has a certain correlation with the focus of national policy, and it is compatible with the development stage of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China and meets the current development requirements, but it lacks guidance for national policy making.
