Abstract: Promoting Chinese enterprises“going global” is an important step to advance the opened economy.This article is aimed to summarise the achievements and problems in relation to the foreign investment，contracted foreign projects and labour cooperation issues in China.Based on the above，it is proposed that，in order for Chinese enterprises“going global”，we must combine our national strategy with the enterprises’objectives and combine the global plan with the key breakthrough in China.Besides，we must treat the enterprises as the major factor and the private enterprises as the key with an objective to mutual benefits and mutual development.For assisting the enterprises to better conduct their international operations，it is further proposed in this article that we must strengthen our overall guidance，coordination，service and management for Chinese enterprises to go international and the key concerning this is to promote the legislative progress，to convert the governmental functions，perfect the policy-making system and facilitate the openness along the bordering areas by way of independent creation and coordination of all the forces.
