摘要: 教学评价是检验教学质量的重要手段,但由于教学评价具有较强的综合性和主观性,目前很多高校的教学评价并未发挥应有的作用。本文分析了国内教学评价存在的问题,研究了大学生评教时的心理因素,基于对学生评教心理的调研分析结果,设计了分阶段的教学质量评价体系,提出了包括学生、同行以及教师本人多元参与的评教方法,和以教学质量综合指数为指标的评教手段。

Abstract:

Teaching evaluation is an important means of testing teaching quality. But because of its strong comprehensiveness and subjectivity, teaching evaluation hasn’t played its role in many universities. The problems of domestic teaching evaluation are analyzed and students’ psychological factors of evaluating teaching are researched. Based on the results, a teaching quality evaluation system is designed, a multiple participation evaluation method of students, peers and teachers themselves is proposed, and an evaluation means that takes teaching quality comprehensive index as an indicator is offered.
