京津冀专利合作网络动态演化模式分析

Dynamic Evolution Model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Patent Cooperative Network

摘要:  为深入研究京津冀专利合作网络演化情况,利用京津冀三地1985—2016年共32年合作申请的发明专利数据,以2014年为时间分割点,构建了前后两个阶段京津冀专利合作网络;结合复杂网络理论与社会网络分析法,对京津冀专利合作网络中的演化形态、核心节点中心性及演化特征进行分析与探讨。研究发现,京津两地的合作网络因两地间创新资源协调呈现良性演化模式,而京冀两地的合作网络因河北创新资源缺乏而呈现出一定的问题。最后,通过合作网络分析得到演化模式特征与影响因素,对当前有序疏解北京非首都功能问题提供了政策建议。

Abstract: In order to further study the evolution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei patent cooperation network, the data of invention patents jointly applied by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the past 32 years from 1985 to 2016 is collected to construct two Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei patent cooperative networks that are taken in the year of 2014 as division point Combined with complex network theory and social network analysis, the evolution forms, core node center and evolution characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei patent cooperation networks are discussed Study found that cooperative networks between Beijing and Tianjin showed a positive evolution model due to coordination of innovation resources between the two places, while the cooperative networks between Beijing and Hebei showed some problems due to lack of innovation resources in Hebei Finally, the characteristics and influencing factors of the evolution model through cooperative network analysis can help provide suggestion on the Beijing′s non-capital function dispersal
