Abstract: Easing of non-capital functions is the necessary way for Beijing to move towards to become an international metropolis, while population easing is the most remarkable indicator during the process During two years, although exploration and practice have been carried out in various regions, theoretical field has not comprehensively discussed the effect of population easing Evaluation index system of population easing in Beijing was constructed and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to weigh the indicators Through weighted TOPSIS method, the population easing situation of six core area districts in Beijing was evaluated and sorted Conclusion and research perspective fill the gap of the study on the evaluation of population easing in Beijing, and provide decision-making reference for the regional summary of the current easing and the development of future policy adjustments
