Abstract: By consulting a large numberof literatures, this paperreviews the formation and developmentofthe organi-
zational ecology and the enterprise ecology, ofwhichthe main content and the achievement are briefly described. After
analyzing the developmentoforganizational ecology and enterprise ecology athome and abroad comparatively, and gen-
eralizing the research system of enterprise ecology, the paper points out the similarities and differences between orga-
nizational ecology and enterprise ecology and the research direction of reinforcingthe competition powerof industry and
enterprise by combining the achievements of the organizational ecology into the enterprise ecology.
