Value of Integration of Labor Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education —Based on Marxist Theory of People’s All-round Development

Abstract: At present, labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important starting point for deepening the comprehensive education reform in universities. The organic integration of the two echoes the new requirements of social development in the new era for labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Instructed by Marxism about people’s all-round development theory, adhering to the guiding ideology of “combination of education and labor is the only way of realizing people’s all-round development”, the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities can be regarded as the higher level of labor education and is the creative labor of labor education, which is vital for teenagers’ body and mind. Explore integration path between labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education by focusing on creative labor, adhering to the combination of manual labor and mental labor, and through constructing diversified teaching staff, the whole process of talent training education mechanism and the full support of the external environment to break the dilemma of labor education, further to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and to improve the quality of innovative talents cultivation in universities.
