Abstract:

The development of Internet not only promotes the industrial economy in China, but also presents tremendous employment potential and opportunities To resolve the huge employment pressure, on one hand, China should adjust the employment policy actively, and seize the opportunities to explore and create Internet employment market On the other hand, China must continuously improve the quality of employment services and lay a solid foundation for the realization of Internet employment This paper, through analyzing the advantages and positive impacts of employment provided by Internet on undergraduates, explores deeply undergraduate employment potential brought by the development of Internet Also, this paper proposes that when facing the challenges and opportunities of undergraduate employment, universities must take measures to improve the quality of undergraduate employment services and provide good services for undergraduate employment
