Influencing Factors of Students’ Professional Commitment under the #br# Background of Career Choice

Abstract:

Professional commitment, as a student’s psychological contract, reflects the students’ psychological identification and willing to make efforts to achieve it The level of professional commitment not only affects the students’ professional learning and capacity elevating, but also affects their career choices The survey has found that the implementation of professional commitment is not optimistic among college students, and more than thirty percent of graduates in consecutive three years have problems in their professional commitments Further study has found that blindness of major choice and lack of professional practice are the main external factors causing the problem, and systematic deficiency of vocational teaching and teachers’ low practice ability are the main internal factors Based on the above research findings, educational suggestion is put forward
