Psychological Factors of Teaching Quality Evaluation and Evaluation System Design

Abstract:

Teaching evaluation is an important means of testing teaching quality. But because of its strong comprehensiveness and subjectivity, teaching evaluation hasn’t played its role in many universities. The problems of domestic teaching evaluation are analyzed and students’ psychological factors of evaluating teaching are researched. Based on the results, a teaching quality evaluation system is designed, a multiple participation evaluation method of students, peers and teachers themselves is proposed, and an evaluation means that takes teaching quality comprehensive index as an indicator is offered.
