Internet Product Diffusion Based on Overreaction and Multi-Agent Simulation

 The overreaction theory is introduced into a multi-agent simulation model, individual adoption Internet product interaction method is designed, and an Internet product diffusion simulation model in online social networks is constructed from the perspective of evolutionary games. Multi-agent simulation experiments were performed on the simulation software Anylogic 6.4.1. The results show that: (1) The higher the income of information service products, the product diffusion will fluctuate significantly at an earlier time, and the higher the level of product diffusion, but at the same time stability is poor and diffusion may shrink significantly; (2) when the  transmission cost is large, the rejector will be dominant most of the time; when the penalty cost is large, the receiver will be dominant most of the time; (3) the stronger the overreaction, the worse the diffusion stability, but the greater the chance of diffusion; (4) the smaller the information noise in the network, the higher the diffusion level. Through observing individual’s acceptance and rejection of Internet information service products and studying the effects of various utility parameters on the results of product diffusion in the network, certain reference for Internet product suppliers in advertising marketing is provided.

Foreign licensing processing is a common way of international import and export trade. As far as the identification of trademark use in the process of foreign-related licensing, there are still controversies in the logic of judicial identification and theoretical logic research. In the normative context, the regional nature of trademark is the characteristic focus that causes the dispute over trademark use in the process of foreign licensing. Examining the logic of dispute adjudication, it is seen that the identification of trademark use focuses on the conditions of identification and the subject of use. Based on the framework of foreign licensing processing, the system and norms are guided and reconstructed from the perspective of dispute adjudication logic, and the conditions of trademark use, the rational correction of trademark recognition function and the role of trademark use in trademark system are clarified.

Social media platforms are important platforms for public opinion expression and information dissemination, but they are also fertile soil for the dissemination of harmful information. The roles of government, enterprises, and users in the governance of harmful information on social media platforms are considered, a three-party evolutionary game model is constructed, and the optimal strategy and the effective mechanism for the governance of harmful information by the three parties are discussed. MATLAB is used to simulate. The results show that the following measures can accelerate the evolution of the strategy selections of actors to the ideal state of government supervision, use of proper technology by enterprises and user self-discipline: the government strengthens the punishment for enterprises that fail to prevent harmful information, or increases the reward for enterprises to spread high-quality information; the government and enterprises strengthen the punishment for users who violate information dissemination laws and regulations and spread harmful information; enterprises enhance the combination of marking information source technology and user rating system to reduce the additional cost of using technical management means; users learn to mark the source of the posted or forwarded information and understand the detailed rules of the rating system to restrict their information release behavior in order to reduce the cost of self-discipline. Finally, suggestions on the co-governance of all parties to promote the healthy and orderly development of social media platforms are put forward.

Regional innovation system coordinated development is a healthy and orderly development direction of the innovation system, and also a more reasonable and effective development model within the system. Haken model is used to identify the order parameters of coordinated development of the innovation system of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2009 to 2016, and the coordinated level is evaluated according to the order parameters. The results show that the regional innovation comparative advantage (RICA) is the order parameters of the innovation system of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. A positive feedback mechanism for increasing the RICA and a negative feedback mechanism for decreasing regional coordinated innovation have been established within the system. At present, the innovation system of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is developing steadily, and the whole system is in the intermediate coordination stage. The coordinated level of the innovation system in the middle and lower reaches is higher than that in the upper reaches, which means that in the spatial pattern, the level is high in the east and low in the west.

Agglomerational development can accelerate the dissemination of information technology, knowledge, and resources within the region, and it’s conducive to cooperative innovation of knowledge-intensive strategic emerging industries. From the perspective of multi-dimensional proximity, the patent cooperation data of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Hubei province from 2010 to 2017 is used to build the innovation network of industry-university-research institute cooperation. The evolution trend is analyzed and the negative binomial regression model is used to study the impact of geographic proximity, technological proximity, social proximity, and their interaction on the intensity of innovation network cooperation within the province. The results show that the innovation network of industry-university-research institute cooperation in high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Hubei province is relatively loose, which will affect information and knowledge dissemination and resource sharing among organizations; geographic, technological and social proximity will promote cooperative innovation, and technological proximity has the greatest impact; the interaction among technological proximity, geographic proximity and social proximity is a substitution effect. Organizations with higher technological proximity are not significantly affected by the geographic distance, and they are more inclined to choose organizations with longer geographic distances.





Combination Forecast of Logistics Prosperity Index Based on PSO-SVM Model

Logistics prosperity index is a leading indicator reflecting economic development. Accurate prediction of logistics prosperity index is of great significance for assisting government to scientifically formulate economic regulation policies and guiding enterprises to conduct operational activities. A combination forecast model based on PSO-SVM (particle swarm optimization-support vector machine) is proposed, and the training set and the test set of the single forecast model are adjusted dynamically. The average value of the two adjacent single models is calculated as test (prediction) value of the total model. Taking logistics prosperity index forecast of Fujian province as an empirical subject, the relative error of the root mean square in the modeling stage is 1.26%, and the relative error of the root mean square in the testing stage is 0.82%. The results show that the accuracy of fitting and testing of the combination forecast model based on PSO-SVM is high.





Effect of Industrial Intelligence on Employment and Salary in China

Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2001 to 2016 and the analysis of the theoretical mechanism of industrial intelligence affecting employment and salary change, the indicators of industrial intelligence are calculated and the impact of industrial intelligence on labor employment and salary is empirically tested by using the fixed effect model and the mediating effect model. The results show that industrial intelligence has significantly promoted employment growth in China, and has a more significant impact on employment growth of the central and western regions and high- skilled labor force. It not only intensifies the trend of unipolar polarization of employment structure, but also promotes the “Jump” flow of labor force among industries. Furthermore, industrial intelligence promotes employment growth through the rationalization and optimization of industrial structure. From the perspective of salary effect, industrial intelligence has significantly reduced the salary gap in manufacturing industry as a whole, narrowed the salary gap between the middle and high income groups, and widened the salary gap between the middle and low income groups.

On the basis of comprehensively sorting out the effect of industrial agglomeration and R&D investment on environmental pollution, the relationship among industrial agglomeration, R&D investment and environmental pollution is empirically investigated by using panel data related industry of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2016. The results show that the level of industrial agglomeration and R&D investment have a significant reverse inhibition effect on environmental pollution, but both of them are difficult to play a coordinated effect on the inhibition of environmental pollution. The nonlinear test results show that the excessive pursuit of the improvement of industrial agglomeration scale will increase the consumption of environment. With the enhancement of R&D investment intensity, the inhibition effect of industrial agglomeration on environmental pollution shows a fluctuating trend of first decreasing and then increasing. Therefore, attention should be paid to the improvement of industrial agglomeration quality, and the relationship among industrial agglomeration, R&D investment and environmental pollution should be dealt with dynamically.

There are general problems in the study of student performance prediction, such as simple data structure, shallow linear layer of learner, etc. Therefore, considering the temporality of students’ historical performance and the forgotten features during learning process, a LSTM network was introduced to model the state of students’ knowledge structure. The features of emotion and behavior were integrated to predict the academic performance through fully connected neural networks. Experimental results show that the method can significantly improve the accuracy of prediction of academic performance. At the same time, a method for judging the main influencing factors of performance is further proposed.

Individualized intelligent teaching is essential to the future higher education. With the rapid development of intelligent teaching platforms and online courses and learning path and learning resources becoming more and more diversified, the data of students’ learning behavior can be captured and recorded in a more convenient, timely and accurate manner, which provides a new opportunity for individualized teaching. In order to realize individualized intelligent teaching for a specific course, a novel teaching mode is proposed based on learning behavior analysis and “Principles of Communications” course is taken as an example to explore and practice this mode. According to the learning behavior data obtained from intelligent teaching platforms, such as rain classroom and xuetangx, teaching arrangement is adjusted and different materials are recommended to different students. The results of two experimental cases show the effectiveness of the proposed individualized intelligent teaching mode. This method can also be applied to other courses with similar characteristics in course property and students.

Introducing Innovation innovation education to classroom teaching systemof university daily curriculums is critical to the quality elevation of innovative talent cultivation under the background of emerging engineering education Research Quality Cultivation for undergraduate students to prepare their future research career. To address the limitation of traditional Imitating-Given-Demo teaching pattern adopted by most innovative curriculums, this paper the  teaching pattern of project-based innovation practice curriculums is explored, with the objective of cultivating undergraduates’ scientific research quality. Based on four years of teaching practice of explores the Open-Project teaching principle based on four-year practices, conducted on “Innovation Experiment” cCourse of conducted in School of Information and Communication Engineering of Beijing University of Posts and TelecCommunications, to study the innovation strategies on course contentdesigning,  teaching method, teaching implementationorganizing and gradingteaching criteria on innovation education are expounded. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed course innovation principleteaching pattern, the feedbacks of more than 70 students are collected through questionnaire and therefore comprehensively analyzed. The results demonstrate that project-based the Open-Project along withand tTrial-and-eError learning patterns are feasible and effective to cultivation of is capable of significantly improving the cultivation of multiple research qualities for undergraduate studentss’ scientific research ability.
