As a new exploration different from other modern development modes in the world, a Chinese path to modernization is showing strong vitality, and its rich value connotation is also developing in the innovation in theory and practice. Exploring the triple value implication of a Chinese path to modernization proves its great significance to China and even the world. In terms of value goals, to realize national rejuvenation and new development of human modernization is the persistent pursuit of a Chinese path to modernization. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, China will build a great modern socialist country, create a new form of human civilization, and make new exploration for human modernization. In terms of values, a Chinese path to modernization has always been people-centered, committed to achieving common prosperity for all the people, and finally realizing the free and all-round development of people on the basis of always relying on and for the people. In terms of value criterion, a Chinese path to modernization insists on its own way, which is different from the Western modernization. Through self-reliance and self-improvement, it finally realizes transcendence.

The Communist Party of China’s ideological work in the new era has made significant achievements, but at the same time it is still facing the challenge of various social trends. As one of the social trends in contemporary China, historical nihilism shows new features in terms of nihilistic content, narrative logic, and transmission channels. In the face of the proliferation of historical nihilism, the CPC has taken powerful measures to expose the essence of the problem, to fight back with precision, and to seize the initiative based on historical facts, and has accumulated rich practical experience. In the new era, the CPC needs to criticize historical nihilism by firmly taking a political and people’s stand, striving in unity by uniting all positions and subjects to wage a long-term struggle against historical nihilism and maintain the security of mainstream ideology.

The impact of elements of e-commerce livestreams on consumers’ psychology and behavior is explored to provide suggestions for the traditional e-commerce platform to enhance its influence. Based on the stimulus-organism-response model, the pathways of elements of e-commerce livestreams on consumers’ willingness of word-of-mouth recommendation are researched and the mediating effect of consumers’ trust (including trust in both the anchor and the platform) is verified. The results indicate that anchors’ charm, interactive atmosphere, high-quality content, and platform quality significantly affect trust in the platforms; anchors’ charm and interactive atmosphere significantly affect trust in anchors, while high-quality content and platform quality have no significant impact on trust in anchors; high-quality content can directly affect the willingness of word-of-mouth recommendation, while anchors’ charm, interactive atmosphere and platform quality cannot; trust in platforms significantly affects trust in anchors. Trust in anchors and platforms can significantly affect the willingness of word-of-mouth recommendation; trust in anchors plays a significant mediating role among anchors’ charm, interactive atmosphere and consumers’ willingness of word-of-mouth recommendation, while trust in platforms and anchors plays an effective chain mediating role among interactive atmosphere, high-quality content, platform quality and consumers’ willingness of word-of-mouth recommendation.

A bullet-comment type recognition model is constructed based on semantic features, and then the impact of the bullet-comment type on online consumption behavior is explored on the basis of prediction and analysis of types of bullet-comments. The results show that: there is a “herd effect” in the influence of bullet-comments on the process of online consumption behavior. On the whole, the volume and emotion of bullet-comments influence the process of consumption behavior. The volume and emotion of content-related bullet-comments can stimulate users’ experience and trust, and further promote the deep purchase behavior through improvement of post-purchase experience. The volume and emotion of sentiment-related bullet-comments negatively affect individual experience. The increase in volume of communication-related bullet-comments has a positive effect on sharing behavior. The above conclusions enrich the research about instant comments and also have important practical value for the advertising design and the management of bullet-comments.

According to the relevant provisions on the protection of sensitive personal information in the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China and Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, four legal issues are put forward on the protection of sensitive personal information in the context of data sharing, including legal principles, criteria, informed consent and compensation for mental damage. Suggestions are made from three perspectives of improving legal norms, government supervision and industry self-discipline by drawing on the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, German’s Federal Data Protection Act and relevant laws from the USA.

The idea of principle of proportionality is embedded in the principles and rules of personal information processing. How to apply the principle of proportionality and play its role of instrumental rationality in personal information processing is an urgent problem of grasping the norm and connotation of personal information processing. The principle of proportionality has the characteristics of economic efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the economic logic applicable to the principle of proportionality in personal information processing. The review structure of principle of proportionality in personal information processing is constructed to enhance applicable rationality via instrumental rationality, and meanwhile, the cost-benefit theory is introduced to make better analysis. In view of the limitations of principle of proportionality in personal information processing, a boundary between personal information and personal data should be set and type-based application of principle of proportionality should be advocated so as to balance the protection and reasonable usage of personal information.

A unified and open national domestic market can enable the market to play a decisive role in the process of resource allocation. Anti-monopoly law enforcement and fair competition examination system are important measures to promote fair competition in the market and key measures to break administrative monopoly. The former belongs to ex-post regulation, while the latter tends to ex-ante regulation. The weak linkage between anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies and policy-making subjects, low enthusiasm of fair competition policy examination subjects for self-review due to the lack of external promotion mechanisms, and inadequate implementation of duties of the fair competition examination joint meeting office are the difficulties that exist in the linkage mechanism. In order to promote the establishment of a linkage mechanism between anti-monopoly law enforcement and fair competition examination system, so as to optimize the market business environment and help build a unified domestic market, it is urgent to strengthen the linkage between anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies and policy-making subjects, and improve the promotion mechanism of fair competition examination system, and consolidate the duties of the fair competition examination joint meeting office.

Judicial Determination of Intentional Liaison in Cyber Joint Crime

The virtual nature of the network determines that the perpetrators of joint crimes often do not know each other, and they mainly commit crimes through online communication or technology, which leads to difficult identification of their intentional liaison. In terms of the traditional theory of joint crimes, it is required that intentional liaison between accomplices should have two-way nature, while intentional liaison in cybercrime, due to its special expression, may violate the principle of the application of crime and punishment if it is recognized based on the traditional model. From the perspective of the distinction between the principal offender and the accomplice, through analyzing the forms of intentional liaison in special crimes such as network crowd crimes and inherited joint crimes, and whether to recognize one-sided accomplice, it is shown that intentional liaison is an indispensable subjective condition in the establishment of joint crimes, but intentional liaison in network joint crimes should be deconstructed and reconstructed. In the judicial concept, intentional liaison should be understood in a moderate way, focusing on its authenticity and validity. The legislation should affirm the trend of positive criminalization of “neutral helping behavior” and deny one-sided complicity. The implementation process should focus on investigation strategies and evidence collection and using judicial presumptions to solve the proof difficulties. Without breaking through the original theoretical framework, intentional liaison can be identified in cyber joint crimes.

Asking questions is the beginning of independent inquiry activities. Only by enhancing learners’ abilities of problem generation and exploration in both life and engineering contexts, can life and engineering become an inexhaustible source of nourishment for learners’ lifelong growth. During the Warring States period, the Mohist school proposed the proposition of “doubt” in Mohist Canon, and provided four kinds of scene sentences related to problem generation, speculation, and exploration in the scriptures. By explaining and deciphering the internal structure of these scene sentences, Mozi’s teaching method of cultivating students to observe, raise questions, and explore independently in life and engineering, namely Mozi’s Four Doubts, can be obtained. By comparing it with Socratic midwifery, the unique educational value of Mozi’s Four Doubts can be clarified. Mozi’s Four Doubts still have important inspiration for today’s life education, engineering education and labor education. Mozi should be regarded as the world’s earliest thinker and educator to carry out the education to cultivate students’ thinking about observing, questioning and exploring.

Influence of Flipped Classroom on Learning Effects: from Perspective of Cognitive Load

Based on the cognitive load theory, the influence of the flipped classroom teaching approach on students’ learning effects, as well as the moderating role of course difficulty is explored.  Data were collected from 174 college students who were enrolled in two different courses: “Introduction to Management” and “Human Resource Management”. The research method adopts quasi-experimental design. The results showed that as to students’ learning effects, the flipped classroom approach was significantly better than the traditional lecturing method. With the increase of the course difficulty, the promoting role of flipped classroom on learning effects of professional basic courses decreased while as to professional practice courses, the promoting role increased. Contributions and implications are also discussed.

Cultural confidence is the value mainline in implementing ideological and political construction and can lead innovation in ideological and political education. In order to explore the effective path and the effect of constructing an ideological and political element system of the curriculum under the guidance of cultural confidence, in the teaching practice of the course of Health Care Administration, the case teaching method was used to sort out the ideological and political case materials, the inductive summary method was used to construct the ideological and political element system of the curriculum, and questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted among students participating in the course to understand their cognition about the ideological and political construction of the curriculum. The result shows that it is necessary and practical to carry out ideological and political construction of the curriculum, which is conducive to strengthening cultural confidence. Therefore, we should adhere to the guidance of cultural confidence, scientifically and effectively tap ideological and political materials, organically and deeply integrate ideological and political elements, and systematically and comprehensively build an ideological and political system.

In order to deeply promote the construction of smart campus, the background, status, problems and methods of the application of smart campus in ideological and political work in universities are comprehensively analyzed. Through practice, a diversified information platform of smart campus has been built, which includes building a comprehensive, multi-dimensional and dynamic information platform for the evaluation of students’ overall quality based on the concept of “five kinds of education”; developing data panels, optimizing work and management platforms of instructors and establishing the early warning analysis platform. All of these measures have greatly enriched the ways of collection and application of relevant data, promoted the innovative development of ideas, methods, content and forms in ideological and political work and provided effective working methods for all-round growth and development of students. It has also realized the goal of advancing the development of ideological and political education work by smart campus platform while improved the education system in universities.
