The practice of self-revolution has been a part of the CPC’s century-long struggle, and the spirit of self-revolution is an inherent political character of the CPC. Since the 18th Party National Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on the Party’s self-revolution, which is one of the major theoretical innovations of the Party in the new era. From the four dimensions of the political starting point, political practice, political goal and internal motivation of self-revolution of the CPC in the new era, the political logic of the Party’s self-revolution is systematically expounded and the theoretical system of the Party’s self-revolution is profoundly interpreted, so as to promote the Party’s self-revolutionary practice in a deep and multi-dimensional manner.

 Harmony between humanity and nature is an important feature and essential attribute of Chinese modernization, and it is also a must for building a modern socialist country. Based on the three dimensions of China’s current new development stage, new development philosophy and new development paradigm, it can be concluded that modernization of harmony between humanity and nature is the prerequisite for people’s well-being improvement, ecological civilization construction, high-quality economic development, national rejuvenation and human coexistence, is a practical measure to implement the new development philosophy and integrate it into innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared growth of its own, and is also an inevitable way to build a new green ecological development paradigm that is focused on the domestic economy and features positive interplay between domestic and international economic flows. In-depth exploration of the three dimensions of modernization of harmony between humanity and nature has certain practical theoretical support and guiding value for more accurately promoting Chinese-style ecological modernization and coping with global ecological crisis.

 Ideological work is an extremely important task of the Communist Party of China. As the forefront of ideological work, universities shoulder the responsibility of providing talented graduates and intellectual support for the realization of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation. Entering the new era, the ideological battlefield of the Internet plays a very important role in the ideological work of universities, and the ideological work through the Internet has also been placed in a prominent position in the ideological work of universities, with its importance and timeliness becoming more prominent. This article focuses on the overall situation of network ideological work in universities in the new era. In response to the profound changes unseen in a century, the common problems and manifestations of network ideological work in universities are analyzed, the strategies and practices of carrying out network ideological work in universities in the new era are sorted out. By integrating theory with practice, implications for doing high-quality network ideological work in universities in the new era are provided.

 In the research of the fundamental issues of “what kind of people we should cultivate, how, and for whom”, “three-wide education” emphasizes educating people in an all-round way through the whole staff and the whole process to develop the effectiveness of ideological and political work. With the advent of the “Internet plus” era, strengthening the construction of “WeChat, Microblog and Client” needs relevant teachers to explore the new educational mode, and developing ideological and political education through the mode that university students love has also become the focus of ideological and political work in universities. From the perspective of “three-wide education”, the method of network ideological and political education is explored by means of questionnaire survey, and improvement strategies and reasonable suggestions are put forward.

 Based on the survey data of 1812 people in marriage and childbearing age in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, the influence of network use and children’s surname on three-child fertility intention is empirically explored. The study found that network use and children’s surname affected individuals’ three-child fertility intention, and the groups with less frequent network use, high trust in network, approval of taking mothers’ surname and willingness to have more children with mothers’ surname were more likely to have three children; children’s surname plays an intermediary role in the relationship between network use and individuals’ three-child fertility intention. According to the results of the analysis, policy enlightenment on creating positive network environment of three-child fertility, and inclusive view of children with different surnames and children with mothers’ surname is provided.

 Internet buzzwords as a special language variant, can reflect the dynamic development of the society in various levels to a certain extent. The origins and types of Internet buzzwords in the past ten years are systematically analyzed from a macro perspective. The origins mainly focus on eight aspects: entertainment, film and television, social industry, public figures, government, social hot spots, dialects, foreign languages and general language used on social platforms. The constituent form can be divided into five categories: phonetic modification, vocabulary reconstruction, semantic generalization, popular configuration, and network idioms. Based on the typical expressions in various types of buzzwords from a micro perspective, the main common mechanisms of various types of buzzwords under intra-lingual and extra-lingual motivation are analyzed.

As an external form of online platform autonomy, online platform autonomous norms regulate social relations in cyberspace and carries the self-will of online platforms. On the surface, the autonomous norms of online platforms have the basic characteristics of private contracts, but in essence, the autonomous norms of online platforms are the manifestation of the “private power” of the platforms and have the nature of “quasi-law”.The necessity of judicial review of the autonomous norms of online platforms can be understood from four aspects: restraining the unlimited expansion of platform power, judicial authorities’ participation in platform governance, realizing the modernization of online platform governance, and remedying the rights and interests of online users. At present, the judicial authorities in China are not uniform in their standards of review of the autonomous norms for online platforms. The judicial review of the autonomous norms for online platforms should be improved in the following directions: to clarify the scope of judicial review; to break through the boundaries of private laws and to adopt a review standard combining legality and reasonableness; to distinguish different judicial review results; and to strengthen the coordination between judicial review and administrative management.

 Both “penetrating” regulation and “principled” regulation in fintech regulation practice have their own shortcomings, which are magnified by the lack of value measurement standards. The principle of proportionality should be introduced to ensure the proportionality in fintech regulation. Through legal arguments and economic analysis, it can be found that the application of the principle of proportionality in fintech regulation is legitimate and reasonable. In order to ensure the effective application, a typological review benchmark should be used as a guide, and the “four-stage” review process should be adopted as the specific content of the application of the principle of proportionality, complemented by relevant supporting measures to facilitate the implementation of the principle of proportionality, and the application value of the principle of proportionality should be verified by the regulatory sandbox.

Influence of Public Pension System on Retirement Decision-Making in South Korea and Its Enlightenment to China

 In order to study the influence of South Korea’s pension system on retirement decision-making under the background of aging population, the panel data of the elderly labor force is used to make an empirical study and it is found that prospective incentives related to the public pension system have a statistically significant impact on retirement probability; Elderly employees respond more to the additional income and increased pension benefits that come with continued employment than to the economic gains that come with greater pension wealth; In particular, intergenerational income transfers from children to parents have a significant impact on parents’ life in retirement, showing that low fertility rate makes it harder to alleviate poverty in old age and keep pensions stable. The effect of the public pension system on retirement decision-making in South Korea will bring some enlightenment to analyzing China’s low fertility rate and raising the fertility rate.

How Does Interaction Between Internal and External R&D “Catalyze” Performance Growth of Digital Industry in China？—A Testing Based on Generation Mechanism of Heterogeneity

The mechanism of interaction between internal and external R&D promoting performance growth of the digital industry and its heterogeneity are demonstrated from the paths of alienation and magnetic attraction, and the differentiation effect of performance growth caused by internal and external R&D investment is empirically verified through taking the software and information technology industry as the observation industry. The research showed internal and external R&D had positive effects on the performance growth of the digital industry, and the two both accelerated the differentiation of performance growth of the regional digital industry. Further exploration found performance growth of China’s digital industry was hampered by “inefficient” R&D innovation. Meanwhile, the internal and external R&D of digital industry had obvious characteristics of magnetic attraction, and R&D interaction was the main way to promote the performance growth of China’s digital industry. To realize the innovative growth of the performance of the digital industry, the key point of the policy was to enhance the “interaction” between internal and external R&D, so as to optimize R&D plan of digital enterprises and improve the overall innovation efficiency.

Blockchain policies are an important help to ensure the high-quality development of blockchain industry and create new advantages in the development of digital economy. Based on the 20 typical industrial policies on blockchain issued by the central government and the local governments in China from 2016 to 2022, a policy “path-instrument-evaluation” analysis framework has been constructed to analyze the texts of China’s blockchain policies, and the text analysis method and PMC(policy modeling consistency) policy index model have been adopted to make quantitative evaluation on blockchain industrial policies. The results show that China’s blockchain policies mainly focus on seven aspects, namely policy objectives, key layout, policy environment, talent support, technical support, cooperation mode and financial guarantee, to promote the development of blockchain technology, and there is still much room for improvement and optimization of blockchain policies in various regions. The results are intended to provide guidance for the formulation and optimization of blockchain policies and to improve the effectiveness of blockchain policy implementation in China.

In order to systematically explore the impact of China’s economic policy uncertainty in recent years on imports and exports of agricultural products, based on monthly data on China’s import and export volume of agricultural products from January 2012 to December 2020 and China’s economic policy uncertainty index, shock response and change characteristics of imports and exports of different types of agricultural products are studied and the reasons for the impact are analyzed by using the TVP-VAR(Time Varying Parameter-Vector Auto Regression) model. The research results indicate that the uncertainty of China’s economic policies has a more obvious and direct time-variant characteristic in promoting the imports and exports of competitive agricultural products; It also has significant differences in the market impact on different agricultural products and trade commodities; The series of economic policies at different time points have a negative impact on China’s agricultural product imports and a positive impact on China’s agricultural product exports.
