Abstract:

“Credit Bank” system which can represent the characteristics of continuing education, such as openness, fairness, lifetime and so on is the future direction of continuing education reform in our country.  The flexible mechanisms of credit certification, credit accumulation and credit transformation break the drawbacks of traditional education management and can provide the reform ideas from the aspects of service innovation, cooperative innovation and management innovation for the development of continuing education in college with industrial features Based on its own features of continuing education, the college should establish continuing education “Credit Bank” systematically to make it play an important role in training industry talents
