股权结构调节作用下的高管团队异质性与企业绩效关系研究

摘要:  以152家中小板上市企业作为研究样本,运用多元回归分析方法,对高层管理团队异质性与企业绩效之间的关系进行实证分析,并在此基础上分析股权结构对上述二者关系的调节作用。研究结果表明:对于中小板上市企业,教育水平异质性和任期异质性都对企业绩效存在明显的影响;股权结构对高管团队异质性与企业绩效之间的关系存在明显的调节作用,其中流通股比例和高管持股比例对任期异质性与企业绩效之间的关系都起到增强型调节作用。本研究拓展并完善了高管团队异质性与企业绩效之间的关系模型,引入流通股比例和高管持股比例作为调节变量,丰富了基于股权结构为调节变量的研究模型,同时对高管团队的组建、股权结构的完善提出相关建议。

Abstract: 152 small and medium-sized listed companies are taken as research samples, and by using multiple regression analysis, the relationship between heterogeneity of the top management team (TMT) and the enterprise performance is empirically analyzed On this basis, the moderating effect of the ownership structure on this relationship is also analyzed The results show that both heterogeneity of education level and  heterogeneity of the tenure have a significant impact on the enterprise performance The ownership structure has a clear moderating effect on relationship between the heterogeneity of TMT and the enterprise performance The proportion of the circulation shares and the proportion of the executive stock have an enhanced moderating effect on the heterogeneity of the tenure and the enterprise performance This study expands and improves the relationship model between the heterogeneity of TMT and the enterprise performance, and introduces the proportion of the circulation shares and the proportion of the executive stock as the adjustment variables, which enriches the research model based on the ownership structure as the regulating variable Some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the right structure and the construction of TMT
