摘要: 数字内容小微企业在成长迅速的同时也具有很高的死亡率,如何让它们变大、变强已成为政府和学界关注的重要问题。从社会资本和人力资本的视角,构建出小微企业发展的影响要素体系,结合调研数据运用层次分析法对内部社会资本、外部社会资本、通用性人力资本和专用性人力资本确定权重,从而建立出企业成长水平计算公式。通过研究发现,数字内容小微企业的发展主要受外部政策、融资环境、创新能力、技术水平的影响,因此必须建立相应的专项政策与管理体系,构建完善的社会化服务体系,才能使小微企业稳定持续发展。

Abstract: The fast growth of digital content small and micro enterprises is also combined with a high extinction rate, and how to make them become stronger should be what the government and academia pay close attention to From the perspective of social capital and human capital, the influencing factor system of small and micro enterprise development is constructed Then, combined to survey data, the weight of the internal social capital, external social capital, general human capital and special human capital is determined by using analytic hierarchy process, and the calculation formula of the enterprise growth level is summarized It is found that the development of digital content small and micro enterprises is mainly influenced by external policy, financing environment, innovation ability and technical level The government must establish the corresponding special policy and management system, and perfect social service system, to make these enterprises develop stably and sustainably
