Through sampling research on cultural qualities of students from international program of three universities in Nanjing, on the basis of in-depth analysis, this paper summarized the characteristics and major problems of university students’ cultural qualities under the sino-foreign cooperative programs, and provided some constructive measures based on information network technologies and supporting platform
