Abstract:

Leadership education for college students arises quietly and is becoming increasingly active in the western countries, in which the United States is a representative Not only is the leadership education the exploration of talent training mode, but also is the inevitability of times development Through literature review, this paper finds that the research on college students’ leadership education in China is still in its infancy Based on the university educational capacity and constructivism theory analysis, this paper puts forward the route choice of model and realization of contemporary college students’ leadership College students’ leadership model is a quasi-closed system with two-dimensional structure, enclosed by three core abilities and nine open basic abilities with the combination of time and space It has three realization approaches: general education, the practice teaching projects and team tutor system and community interactive action projects
