With the development of artificial intelligence and big data, algorithmic recommendation has become a new variable affecting the shaping of university students’  values. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the ecology of algorithms to create a clear space; master the characteristics of algorithms to get out of the information cocoon; innovate the education mode to build an interactive platform; adhere to the discourse position, take the initiative to regulate the algorithms’  “technique”, and harness the “algorithms” with the mainstream value orientation.

As an inevitable result of the development of big data systems, algorithmic recommendation technology has solved information overload and achieved efficient resource allocation. However, under the dominance of capital logic, it has also brought about the risk of ideological dilemmas. Algorithmic recommendations have formed an “information cocoon”, extended the “panoptic prison”, intensified the “spiral of silence”, and exacerbated the “entertainment generalization” of society, leading to the emergence of the priority of emotional appeals in the “post-truth” era. To some extent, this makes the algorithm “dominate” humans, leading to people’s narrow cognition and extremist thinking. It also imprisons self-consciousness and erodes social integration, resulting in dilemmas of weak mainstream ideological leadership, narrowed identification, loss of dominance, and weakened cohesion. To alleviate the dilemmas, it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of technological construction and ideological leadership, and to realize multi-party collaboration in the whole society through four aspects of technical optimization, institutional regulation, multi-dimensional monitoring, and moral improvement. By using technology to serve humanity and promoting the development of both technology and humans, we can jointly move towards a better future.

Harmony between humanity and nature is one of the basic features of a Chinese path to modernization. By literature research, the generation logic and global significance of the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature is analyzed in terms of theory, history and reality. It is found that the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature originates from harmony between humanity and nature in Marxist theory, the ecological wisdom within China’s fine traditional culture, and a rethink of inherent deficiencies of western countries’ ecological modernization. In terms of its global significance, it surpasses the western model of ecological modernization, provides a new mode of ecological civilization for developing countries, and contributes Chinese wisdom to global ecological governance. Therefore, the philosophy of harmony between humanity and nature should be adhered to, strengthening the exploration of voice transmission and recognition of the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature and manifesting its global significance.

Summing up the situation and achievement of our country in ideological field in the decade of the new era can provide valuable theoretical reference and path reference for ideological work in the new situation. In the new era, the fundamentals of the Party’s ideological work are in good shape but remain risks. The situation in the field of ideology has made overall and fundamental changes: the Party has paid new attention to the status of ideological work, achieved new results in the implementation of the Party’s responsibility for the main body of ideology, stepped forward to a new stage in the construction of ideological security, and absorbed new impetus for the progress of the construction of ideological discourse. Further promotion of the ideological work on the new journey of the new era should consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology, construct the socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading force, and based on a holistic approach to national security, firmly maintain ideological security.

From the perspective of the legislative process of virtual property, the specific meaning and the legal nature of virtual property are still absent in legislation in China, which cannot provide practical guidance for the subsequent rules in the field of virtual property and will ultimately not be conducive to the protection and development of virtual property. Debates in theory and avoidance in judicial practice make it urgent to identify the nature of virtual property. In fact, the interpretation of the legal term of virtual property must return to the most basic legal interpretation method, in which the virtual property defined as “civil interests” by the method of purpose interpretation and included into the protection scope of tort law is expected to become an effective complement to the identification and protection of virtual property in China.

Analyzing transaction efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone based on the “dual circulation” perspective is significant to promoting the high-quality development of regional economy. An evaluation index system of transaction efficiency is constructed from the perspective of internal circulation, and the transaction efficiency of 31 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) and the internal transaction efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone are measured by using the global principal component analysis method. The results show that the transaction efficiency is composed of three dimensions: governance level of market economy, transportation and communication level and education level. It presents a spatial framework of “high in the east and low in the west, middle in the middle area”. The transaction efficiency of Sichuan province ranks seventh and Chongqing ranks seventeenth. Further research shows that the comprehensive scores of transaction efficiency of three major districts in Chongqing and 15 cities in Sichuan province show a steady growth trend from 2012 to 2020, among which the transaction efficiency of downtown Chongqing and Chengdu are in top two. From the perspective of external circulation, the gravity model is used to measure the transaction efficiency between Chengdu-Chongqing region and trade cooperation countries and regions. The results show that Chengdu-Chongqing region has close ties with the United States, the European Union, Australia, ASEAN and other countries, and the transaction efficiency score is high. Based on this, suggestions on strengthening the overall “hard power” of the region, enhancing the “soft power” of coordinated development, and steadily improving the “four-ring” trade circle are put forward.

The New Basel III Market Risk Standard has made revolutionary revisions to the measurement logic of market risk capital. In order to understand its impact on commercial banks, its measurement logic and challenges are mainly analyzed. Based on assumed investment portfolios, calculation comparing the new and old standards is conducted. It is concluded that the implementation of the new market risk standard will significantly increase the level of market risk capital provision for commercial banks. It also makes higher requirements for market risk identification, measurement, systems, and limits management. It is recommended that relevant banks expedite business restructuring in line with the capital provisioning requirements of the new market risk standard. This may include, but is not limited to, appropriately increasing the proportion of interest rate bond investment in trading books, reducing the proportion of high-risk weighted bonds in credit bonds, and controlling the scale of unilateral traded options and unilateral precious metal trading businesses. These actions will promote the improvement of capital utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, it is suggested that commercial banks take the implementation of the New Basel III as an opportunity to comprehensively enhance their market risk measurement and management capabilities, laying a foundation for the development of market risk business.

Ethical leadership is a leadership style that emphasizes ethics, which plays an important role in shaping and promoting employees’ organizational citizenship behavior. Based on social learning theory and SOR (Stimulus Organism Response) model theory, the mechanism and boundary conditions of ethical leadership on employees’ green behavior are discussed. Through the empirical analysis of 310 questionnaires, a moderated mediation model is constructed. The results show that ethical leadership is helpful to the production of employees’ green behavior; The green psychological climate partially mediates the positive influence of ethical leadership on employees’ green behavior; Perceptions of insider status play a positive role in the process of green psychological climate affecting employees’ green behavior. Based on these, leaders should strengthen their own environmental morality, supervise and guide employees’ green behavior, enhance employees’ green psychological climate, deepen employees’ perceptions of insider status, and further make employees show more positive green behaviors to improve the green performance of enterprises.

Sample data from companies listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2020 are used to empirically examine the impact of retail shareholders’ participation in governance on corporate financialization. The research finds that active participation of retail shareholders in corporate governance significantly suppresses the level of corporate financialization. This effect is more prominent in samples with a more comprehensive external institutional environment, higher level of internal control, and high equity checks and balances. Mechanism tests show that retail shareholders realize the suppression of corporate financialization by reducing managerial agency costs, curbing major shareholders’ tunneling behaviors, and enhancing corporate information transparency. This study provides theoretical support and empirical evidence for policy formulation on improving internal and external protection systems for retail shareholders, expanding their participation channels in governance, and playing their active roles.

Guided by the theory of interactive linguistics and based on live online teaching of Contemporary Chinese course for international students, an interactive teaching model with the characteristics of a suitable platform, flexible resources, dynamic presentation and constant interaction is proposed. Meanwhile, the lessons represented by the teaching of theoretical knowledge, extracted from live online teaching based on an interactive teaching model, were observed and calculated in terms of time distribution and teacher-student verbal behaviors. The research shows that selecting suitable live online teaching platforms is the basis guarantee of multi-modal interactive teaching for international Chinese majors. Transforming offline teaching resources to the forms fit for online teaching can make theoretical knowledge less abstract; Dynamically presenting the teaching content in a variety of modes such as animation can enable international students to follow the pace of teachers through screen; Inspiring students by designing questions and reaching agreements between teachers and students can stimulate students’ desire to interact and improve the classroom teaching effects.

Focusing closely on national major needs and industrial key issues, the integrated circuit major cultivates talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities in fields such as chip design (EDA), chip materials and process, and equipment research and development, which is an important strategic foundation for future technological development. The major setting and evolving history of integrated circuit (IC) major in China is systematically studied and talent training and major positioning is analyzed. Taking the IC major of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) as an example, facing the urgent needs of professional talents in this field, the “Thinking-Specialization-Innovation” talent training mode is proposed based on the research characteristics of BUPT: build ideological education system and professional ability training system with distinguishing features，and establish an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem with “three carriers” under the framework of ideological and political education.
