摘要:

网络素养是大学生综合素质的重要组成部分,提高大学生网络素养对增强思想政治教育实效性意义重大。当前,大学生在网络的认知、信息的辨别和应用能力以及网络道德和安全素养等方面存在一定的问题。大学生网络素养的形成受到大学生本体、家庭、高校、社会和网络环境等诸多因素的影响和制约。大学生网络素养培育是一项系统工程,必须构建大学生内化自律机制、家庭良性影响机制、高校教育引导机制、社会导向治理机制四个“三位一体”的培育机制。

Abstract:

Since network literacy is an important part of the comprehensive quality of college students, improving college students’ network literacy is of great significance to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education Currently, college students have some problems in network information identification and application as well as network morality and safety The formation of students’ network literacy is affected by college students themselves, families, universities, society, network environment and some other factors College students’ network literacy cultivation is a systematic project, and four “Trinity” cultivation mechanisms which are university students’ internalization self-discipline mechanism, family benign influence mechanism, university education guidance mechanism, society oriented governance mechanism must be constructed
