Abstract: Entrepreneurial university, with its entrepreneurship and innovativeness, full of vigor and hope, can adapt well to the new era. The concept of entrepreneurial university is explained, and its features like the innovativeness, risk-resistance, transformation to knowledge capital, initiative of entrepreneurial culture, diversity of capital channel, sustainable development shown in its development are discussed. Then, suggestions are put forward towards the transformation of research university.
