Abstract:

The business models have been paid attention to continually by theoretical and commercial practitioners Research of business models is still in the process of exploring and improving, and the study of business models design is rare This paper pointed out the constituent elements of business models from the point of value, and proposed valuebased business models design models Subsequently, it pointed out that business models should be designed from the six value components: value find、value proposition、value creation、value configuration、value management、value realization, and three mechanism factors: core competencies, value network and resource integration Finally, it pointed out the lack of research and the direction of further research based on the analysis, and provided theoretical guidance and practical reference for the Internet business models design
