By investigating, three basic graphic layout structures of mobile news App are summarized, namely the picture left and text right type, the text left and picture right type and the text above and picture below type For evaluating the graphic layout structure objectively, factors that influence the efficiency of news reading are analyzed from the perspective of visual search rules and visual browsing rules The there kinds of graphic layout schemes were empirically studied by using the eye-tracker Through watching track, hot spots, the number of watching points and search time, the rules of visual browsing and visual search in different schemes are discussed Results show that users present the text-oriented visual browsing rule; the text above and picture below type has the highest visual search efficiency The conclusions provide scientific basis for the graphic layout design of mobile news App

The Internet will become an important engine to stimulate Chinese household consumption in the new normal Based on China’s 31 provinces (areas) panel data from 2003 to 2013, the driving effects of the Internet on household consumption are examined by using the dynamic panel of GMM estimation method The results are as follows: first, the popularity of the Internet played a significant role in promoting household consumption; second, transport logistics can improve the spillover effects of the Internet on the household consumption Meanwhile, it is found that pseudo-urbanization exists in China’s urbanization process, so a new type of people-oriented urbanization should be built during “the 13th Five-Year Plan” period

With the development of e-commerce, more and more consumers are being addicted to online shopping, which spawns a morbid way of shopping – online compulsive buying From the perspective of materialism, the relationship of psychological stress between materialism and online compulsive buying behavior is explored Through the network questionnaire survey to collect data, using SPSS160 software for data analysis, it is found that the psychological stress plays a partial mediator role in consumer materialism and online compulsive buying, and further the psychological driving factor of the online compulsive buying behavior is found out Therefore, this study not only has an important theoretical contribution to the research of consumer behavior, but also is conducive to online retail enterprises’ insight into consumption decision-making process of online compulsive buyers, in order to improve their operating efficiency

In the operation of the supply chain finance, the core enterprises play a vital role in the implementation of supply chain finance business However, there are few literature about core enterprises’ risks of participation, and therefore, based on the literature review and combined with on-the-spot interviews, the risk identification pool related to core enterprises is established, and the questionnaire survey, MIMBI model and ISM structure interpretation model are used to evaluate the risk The results show that the risk of telecom enterprises’ participating in the supply chain finance mainly depends on the suppliers’ financial situation and the banks’ risk system The results can give reference to telecom operators to carry out the supply chain financial service

In the face of the problems of frequent fraud in wine industry, brand wineries have taken anti-counterfeiting measures to cope with the economic and brand loss caused by adulterated wine The economic relationships among the brand wineries, counterfeiters and consumers are analyzed in mixed strategy game and incomplete information dynamic game theory to explain the necessity of taking anti-counterfeiting operations and to propose the defined standards of anti-counterfeiting level What’s more, the related factors affecting consumer purchase are clarified, which is beneficial to reducing information asymmetry Then, in the premise of ensuring the maximum earnings of the brand wineries, the optimal value of the anti-counterfeiting investment cost is estimated so as to provide reasonable guidance for brand wineries and policy recommendations for regulatory authorities to promote the establishment of a sound regulatory system and a whole virtuous circle for the wine market

The theory of Strategic Human Resource Management divides the employees into different types of human resources structures, providing a new perspective for the study of the psychological contract breach and organizational citizenship behavior 359 valid questionnaires obtained from the employees in northern China are analyzed by using this theory and the hierarchical regression method to explore the influence of psychological contract breach of the employees in different human resources structures on the organizational citizenship behavior The research reveals that although psychological contract breach has a prominently negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior, the impact on different types of employees in human resources structures tends to be different: interpersonal dimension breach of the knowledge-based employees has the most significant negative influence; normalized dimensional breach of the employment-based employees, contract-based employees and alliance or collaboration-based employees has the most significant negative influence The conclusion provides theoretical basis for the effective implementation of enterprise staff management
