While promoting the development of the industrial economy and facilitating human life, it also brings serious problems of algorithmic discrimination. Algorithmic discrimination not only infringes the legitimate rights and interests of specific entities, operators’ competitive interests, and people’s basic human rights at the direct level, but also deepens existing prejudice and aggravates the digital gap, which are not conducive to the long-term development of the artificial intelligence industry and need to be regulated urgently. By tracing the causes of algorithmic discrimination, it can be seen that algorithmic discrimination is the result of algorithm developers’ implicit bias embedded in algorithms, data deviation and algorithm black boxes. Algorithmic discrimination is a legal issue in the technical field. Based on referring to the extraterritorial mode, the regulation of algorithmic discrimination needs to adopt multiple means such as law, technology and social norms to achieve the coordinated effect of algorithmic discrimination governance. Although some studies have found the positive relationship between leader trustworthiness and employees’ voice behavior, few studies have explored the mechanism of leader trustworthiness on employees’ voice behavior. Based on the theory of social information processing, how leader trustworthiness, employees’ fear and narcissism affect employees’ voice behavior is explored. 184 paired samples of leaders-employees were collected by questionnaire. The results show that employees’ narcissism negatively moderates the relationship between leader trustworthiness and employees’ fear of the authority; employees’ fear of the authority negatively affects employees’ voice behavior; narcissism negatively moderates the mediating effect of fear of the authority between leader trustworthiness and employees’ voice behavior. This study not only reveals the boundary conditions for the positive impact of leader trustworthiness on employees’ voice behavior, but also discusses the mechanism of leader trustworthiness and narcissism on employees’ voice behavior from the perspective of employees’ fear. However, there is no clear definition, measurement and impact on enterprise operation. The concept of “algorithmic ethical responsibility” is proposed to describe Internet enterprises’ responsibility of developing and utilizing algorithms under the requirements of basic social moral concepts, norms and values, and “algorithmic ethical responsibility” is taken as a new dimension of Internet enterprises’ social responsibility. Two sub studies are included. In Study 1, a scale of algorithmic ethical responsibility for Internet enterprises is developed, and the reliability and validity of the scale is verified. In Study 2, the impact of algorithmic ethical responsibility on corporate reputation and customer satisfaction is examined through structural equation model. The results show that, similar to the impact of other dimensions of corporate social responsibility, algorithmic ethical responsibility can also affect customer satisfaction through corporate reputation. Firstly, the LDA model was used to extract themes, and the content of high-quality live streaming was divided into responsiveness, personalization, visualization, professionalism, reliability and entertainment, and the new definitions of them were given. Then, a suitable machine learning algorithm was used to predict the topic probability. Finally, the probability distribution of the content characteristics of high-quality live streaming was given by statistical analysis. The research showed that live streaming content provided utilitarian, hedonic and social value. The introduction duration of experience products was higher than that of search products, and experience products are higher than search products in terms of professionalism and entertainment, and lower in terms of visualization. In addition, the product introduction duration of the new live streaming studios was relatively shorter than that of mature ones and the new live streaming studios paid more attention to responsiveness. Some reasonable explanations were given for these findings based on previous research results. As a paradigm of “soft regulation”, fintech ethical regulation has been confirmed at the regulatory level in the document of “Fintech Development Plan (2022—2025)”. Constrained by the data monopoly of fintech companies, the “algorithmic black box” of fintech, and the regulation of financial divisions, fintech has much ethical anomie in the fields of data regulation, algorithm regulation, and platform transaction regulation. At the same time, the word frequency analysis tool (SATI) is used to extract the focus of national policy in the decade and it is compared with the focus of literature research and their correlation is analyzed. The results show that the domestic literature on innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on the construction of measurement index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education effect, the construction of college students’ entrepreneurial ability model and the exploration of talent training mode. In the decade, China’s literature research hotspot has a certain correlation with the focus of national policy, and it is compatible with the development stage of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China and meets the current development requirements, but it lacks guidance for national policy making. On the one hand, it brings great development of productive forces, and on the other hand, it also contains its own problems that are difficult to be solved. The times call for a new scheme of modernity so as to provide a new choice for exploring different cultures and road patterns of modernity. The proposal of a community with a shared future for mankind opens the possibility of discourse of pluralistic modernity and achieves discourse transcendence over western modernity. This idea breaks through the western linear narrative mode of time, surpasses western traditional values, bids farewell to the thinking logic of “a strong country is bound to hegemony”. It has set the course for reforming the global governance system, leading pluralistic modernity and realizing good global governance. Empirical research shows that the depth of FTA investment rules can significantly promote GVC division status, while the number of FTA has a significantly negative effect on GVC division. The heterogeneity regression results show that, compared to developed countries, the depth of FTA investment rules signed by developing countries has a more significant effect on their GVC division status. For the FTA signed with developed countries, the depth of investment rules plays a significant role in improving the GVC division status of developing countries. Based on this, especially for developing countries, in the process of opening up, the negotiation on FTA provisions with developed countries is still a critical step, and promoting the depth of FTA investment rules must be grasped. Research shows that around the value chain links of R&D, manufacturing, production, logistics and marketing,enterprises can divide industrial big data into eight dimensions: data source, time, location, standard, personnel, product, environment and order. Driven by the demand for servicing, enterprises collect and analyze industrial big data, build a servicing path for manufacturing industry that includes data visualization, value chain extension, industrial integration and network collaboration, and create four levels of value, including information value, transformation value, strategic value and transaction value. Through the collection of industrial big data in eight dimensions, an analytical framework is proposed for service-oriented value creation in the manufacturing industry. Word2vec technology is used to convert the preprocessed complaint text data into numerical data, and by calculating the vector cosine similarity, the ordinary complaints that are easy to become further complaints are obtained, and the themes are summarized. The LDA (linear discriminant analysis) subject analysis is used to obtain the subjects of the further complaints, so as to analyze their reasons. This study aims to provide new ideas for operators to accurately locate potential customers with further complaints, and put forward suggestions for operators’ customer complaint management. A new idea, called modularization of teaching content is proposed under the mode of “One Body with Two Wings”. The research results show that in terms of the influencing effect, the more CEO excess compensation, the higher the level of enterprise innovation. In terms of the influencing factors, when the higher the level of CEO holdings and the weaker the degree of supervision by the board of directors, the stronger the role of CEO excess compensation in promoting the level of enterprise innovation, and at the same time, compared with state-owned enterprises, CEO excess compensation of non-state-owned enterprises has a more significant effect on promoting the level of enterprise innovation. In terms of the influencing mechanism, CEO excess compensation can improve the level of enterprise innovation mainly by alleviating the financing constraints of enterprises and improving the risk preference of CEOs. In terms of the economic consequence, CEO excess compensation can improve enterprise performance by promoting enterprise innovation activities. The research has enriched the relevant literature on the influencing factors of enterprise innovation and the economic consequence of CEO excess compensation, provides new ideas for corporate governance mechanism and also provides reference for compensation policy makers. After the death of Marx and Engels, Bernstein comprehensively criticized and revised Marxism and set off the ideological trend of “peaceful growth into socialism”.
