The results show that: (1) innovation factor flow has a significantly positive impact on regional innovation capacity of the inflow areas; (2) Both government intervention and marketization significantly promote innovation factor flow to exert its innovation effect, and the regulatory ability of government intervention is stronger than that of marketization; (3) the single threshold value exists in the regulatory role of government intervention on innovation factors, when the government intervention degree is higher than the threshold value, the role will be weakened or even insignificant, and the single threshold effect only exists in the regulatory role of marketization on R&D capital flows, that is, when the marketization degree is higher than the threshold value, the regulatory role is significant. However, there is no clear definition, measurement and impact on enterprise operation. The concept of “algorithmic ethical responsibility” is proposed to describe Internet enterprises’ responsibility of developing and utilizing algorithms under the requirements of basic social moral concepts, norms and values, and “algorithmic ethical responsibility” is taken as a new dimension of Internet enterprises’ social responsibility. Two sub studies are included. In Study 1, a scale of algorithmic ethical responsibility for Internet enterprises is developed, and the reliability and validity of the scale is verified. In Study 2, the impact of algorithmic ethical responsibility on corporate reputation and customer satisfaction is examined through structural equation model. The results show that, similar to the impact of other dimensions of corporate social responsibility, algorithmic ethical responsibility can also affect customer satisfaction through corporate reputation. Can Green Finance Improve Green Total Factor Productivity？ ZENG Ling-ling, YE Tian-tian Journal of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(Social Sciences Edition)    2021, 23 (1): 69-79.   DOI: 10.19722/j.cnki.1008-7729.2020.0103 Abstract （1830）      PDF（pc） （1119KB）（2213）       Knowledge map    Save The theoretical mechanism of green finance affecting green total factor productivity (TFP) is analyzed, and then based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2005 to 2017, green TFP is estimated by using SBM(Slack-based Measure) directional distance function and Global Malmquist-Luenberger (GML) index, and a green financial index system is constructed and the development level of green finance is estimated by using entropy method. Then, the static IV-GMM regression model and mediation effect model are used to systematically investigate the impact of green finance on green TFP and its mechanism. The results show that Chinas green finance is still at a relatively low level of development while green TFP shows the trend of growth, and both of them show great provincial and regional differences. The regression results show that the development of green finance can significantly promote the growth of green TFP in both coastal and inland areas and the whole country, but it plays a greater role in promoting coastal areas. The mediation effect test results show that for the whole country, the mediation effect of industrial structure optimization, energy saving and emission reduction and green technology innovation is significant, while only the mediation effect of energy saving and emission reduction and green technology innovation is significant in coastal and inland areas. An ecological perspective was applied to distinguish interactive relations among innovation strategies. Theoretical framework was based on government-business environment, innovation strategies, basic resources and their interactions under the reform of government functions. Adopting a new research technique which combines NCA and fsQCA methods, the influence of internal and external characteristics of enterprises on innovation performance is analyzed through configurational perspective. Results show that: High assets scale is a prerequisite for high innovation performance, while the other factors arent prerequisites. Meanwhile, there are two configurational routes for high innovation performance, including single dominant innovation strategy in “the plundering hand” and dual symbiotic innovation strategies in “the helping hand”. It also reflects when interaction between government and market transforms from predatory competition to mutual benefit, the relationship of innovation strategies changes dynamically from the “imbalanced” state to the dual symbiotic relationship, and finally, two innovation strategies will influence the emergence of high innovation performance.  Reference | Related Articles | Metrics

A total of 512 and 467 valid samples were collected separately from buyers and sellers and a partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is used. The results show that in the user experience of the virtual community of second-hand e-commerce platform, information experience and social experience affect user trust through social presence, and then affect transaction intention. The effect of social experience on social presence of buyers and sellers is different, and the effect of trust on transaction intention is also different. In the second-hand e-commerce platform, users’ trust in the platform plays a major role in their transaction intention, while the trust in the transaction object has a little effect. Firstly, the LDA model was used to extract themes, and the content of high-quality live streaming was divided into responsiveness, personalization, visualization, professionalism, reliability and entertainment, and the new definitions of them were given. Then, a suitable machine learning algorithm was used to predict the topic probability. Finally, the probability distribution of the content characteristics of high-quality live streaming was given by statistical analysis. The research showed that live streaming content provided utilitarian, hedonic and social value. The introduction duration of experience products was higher than that of search products, and experience products are higher than search products in terms of professionalism and entertainment, and lower in terms of visualization. In addition, the product introduction duration of the new live streaming studios was relatively shorter than that of mature ones and the new live streaming studios paid more attention to responsiveness. Some reasonable explanations were given for these findings based on previous research results. Using the input/output dichotomy to analyze text and data mining is an important tool to unravel the nature of the use behavior of their works. Based on this analysis, there is market failure in the acquisition stage of text and data mining input behavior, and it should be conditionally included in the category of fair use to promote the development and progress of technology. The empirical results show that digital finance can promote high-quality economic development by improving financial availability and resource allocation efficiency. In the heterogeneity test, it is found that targeted digital financial supervision can enhance the promotion effect; in addition, the promotion effect will be affected by regional heterogeneity. The promotion effect in the central region is greater than that in the west, and the least is the east. Therefore, in order to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy, it is necessary to strengthen targeted financial supervision and prevent systemic financial risks while accelerating the development of digital finance. At the same time, the word frequency analysis tool (SATI) is used to extract the focus of national policy in the decade and it is compared with the focus of literature research and their correlation is analyzed. The results show that the domestic literature on innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on the construction of measurement index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education effect, the construction of college students’ entrepreneurial ability model and the exploration of talent training mode. In the decade, China’s literature research hotspot has a certain correlation with the focus of national policy, and it is compatible with the development stage of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China and meets the current development requirements, but it lacks guidance for national policy making. While promoting the development of the industrial economy and facilitating human life, it also brings serious problems of algorithmic discrimination. Algorithmic discrimination not only infringes the legitimate rights and interests of specific entities, operators’ competitive interests, and people’s basic human rights at the direct level, but also deepens existing prejudice and aggravates the digital gap, which are not conducive to the long-term development of the artificial intelligence industry and need to be regulated urgently. By tracing the causes of algorithmic discrimination, it can be seen that algorithmic discrimination is the result of algorithm developers’ implicit bias embedded in algorithms, data deviation and algorithm black boxes. Based on literature review, a total of 27 relevant literatures were obtained and twelve factors that influence user adoption of automated driving were extracted. The results show that attitude, performance expectancy, and safety are strongly correlated with behavioral intention to adopt automated driving, while social influence, trust, perceived usefulness are moderately correlated with behavioral intention to adopt automated driving. Theoretical and practical implications of identifying the critical factors to user adoption of automated driving and directions for future research are discussed. The empirical results show that the returnee enterprises have stronger technological innovation preferences than the local enterprises. As for the whole sample, with the increase of the proportion of returnee executives, the enterprise technological innovation in the three threshold intervals are respectively presented as a spiral upward characteristic of promoting, inhibiting, and promoting the employment. Taking property rights into account, with the increase of returnees social categorization rate, non-state-owned enterprises show more sustainability and stability in promoting employment through technological innovation. The mechanism of the influence of returnee categorization degree on innovation preferences and the transmission channels of employment creation and employment destruction are explained. The research conclusions provide useful policy inspiration for Chinas technological innovation, international talent strategy, enterprises personnel selection and appointments mechanism and state-owned enterprise reform.
