The research method adopts quasi-experimental design. The results showed that as to students’ learning effects, the flipped classroom approach was significantly better than the traditional lecturing method. With the increase of the course difficulty, the promoting role of flipped classroom on learning effects of professional basic courses decreased while as to professional practice courses, the promoting role increased. Only by enhancing learners’ abilities of problem generation and exploration in both life and engineering contexts, can life and engineering become an inexhaustible source of nourishment for learners’ lifelong growth. During the Warring States period, the Mohist school proposed the proposition of “doubt” in Mohist Canon, and provided four kinds of scene sentences related to problem generation, speculation, and exploration in the scriptures. By explaining and deciphering the internal structure of these scene sentences, Mozi’s teaching method of cultivating students to observe, raise questions, and explore independently in life and engineering, namely Mozi’s Four Doubts, can be obtained. By comparing it with Socratic midwifery, the unique educational value of Mozi’s Four Doubts can be clarified. Mozi’s Four Doubts still have important inspiration for today’s life education, engineering education and labor education. The results show that: there is a “herd effect” in the influence of bullet-comments on the process of online consumption behavior. On the whole, the volume and emotion of bullet-comments influence the process of consumption behavior. The volume and emotion of content-related bullet-comments can stimulate users’ experience and trust, and further promote the deep purchase behavior through improvement of post-purchase experience. The volume and emotion of sentiment-related bullet-comments negatively affect individual experience. The increase in volume of communication-related bullet-comments has a positive effect on sharing behavior. Based on social learning theory and SOR (Stimulus Organism Response) model theory, the mechanism and boundary conditions of ethical leadership on employees’ green behavior are discussed. Through the empirical analysis of 310 questionnaires, a moderated mediation model is constructed. The results show that ethical leadership is helpful to the production of employees’ green behavior; The green psychological climate partially mediates the positive influence of ethical leadership on employees’ green behavior; Perceptions of insider status play a positive role in the process of green psychological climate affecting employees’ green behavior. Based on these, leaders should strengthen their own environmental morality, supervise and guide employees’ green behavior, enhance employees’ green psychological climate, deepen employees’ perceptions of insider status, and further make employees show more positive green behaviors to improve the green performance of enterprises. Anti-monopoly law enforcement and fair competition examination system are important measures to promote fair competition in the market and key measures to break administrative monopoly. The weak linkage between anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies and policy-making subjects, low enthusiasm of fair competition policy examination subjects for self-review due to the lack of external promotion mechanisms, and inadequate implementation of duties of the fair competition examination joint meeting office are the difficulties that exist in the linkage mechanism. In order to understand its impact on commercial banks, its measurement logic and challenges are mainly analyzed. Based on assumed investment portfolios, calculation comparing the new and old standards is conducted. It is concluded that the implementation of the new market risk standard will significantly increase the level of market risk capital provision for commercial banks. It also makes higher requirements for market risk identification, measurement, systems, and limits management. It is recommended that relevant banks expedite business restructuring in line with the capital provisioning requirements of the new market risk standard. This may include, but is not limited to, appropriately increasing the proportion of interest rate bond investment in trading books, reducing the proportion of high-risk weighted bonds in credit bonds, and controlling the scale of unilateral traded options and unilateral precious metal trading businesses. These actions will promote the improvement of capital utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, it is suggested that commercial banks take the implementation of the New Basel III as an opportunity to comprehensively enhance their market risk measurement and management capabilities, laying a foundation for the development of market risk business. Meanwhile, the lessons represented by the teaching of theoretical knowledge, extracted from live online teaching based on an interactive teaching model, were observed and calculated in terms of time distribution and teacher-student verbal behaviors. In recent years, methods based on pre-trained models have garnered much attention in the field of natural language processing. Large Language Model, as a pre-trained language generation model, holds promising potential for reducing development costs and enhancing accuracy in educational question-answering systems. A comprehensive analysis is made from three key aspects: the practical application of Large Language Model in educational question-answering systems, its impact on the educational sector, and optimization approaches. Regarding the practical application in education, the effects of multi-turn question-answering, zero-shot (few-shot) learning, and multi-modal query handling are investigated, and a quantitative analysis is conducted. Additionally, a strategy based on Hard Prompts is explored, aiming at elevating the performance and applicability of Large Language Model in educational question-answering systems. By literature research, the generation logic and global significance of the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature is analyzed in terms of theory, history and reality. It is found that the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature originates from harmony between humanity and nature in Marxist theory, the ecological wisdom within China’s fine traditional culture, and a rethink of inherent deficiencies of western countries’ ecological modernization. An evaluation index system of transaction efficiency is constructed from the perspective of internal circulation, and the transaction efficiency of 31 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) and the internal transaction efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone are measured by using the global principal component analysis method. The results show that the transaction efficiency is composed of three dimensions: governance level of market economy, transportation and communication level and education level. It presents a spatial framework of “high in the east and low in the west, middle in the middle area”. The transaction efficiency of Sichuan province ranks seventh and Chongqing ranks seventeenth. Further research shows that the comprehensive scores of transaction efficiency of three major districts in Chongqing and 15 cities in Sichuan province show a steady growth trend from 2012 to 2020, among which the transaction efficiency of downtown Chongqing and Chengdu are in top two. From the perspective of external circulation, the gravity model is used to measure the transaction efficiency between Chengdu-Chongqing region and trade cooperation countries and regions. The results show that Chengdu-Chongqing region has close ties with the United States, the European Union, Australia, ASEAN and other countries, and the transaction efficiency score is high. Based on this, suggestions on strengthening the overall “hard power” of the region, enhancing the “soft power” of coordinated development, and steadily improving the “four-ring” trade circle are put forward. The research finds that active participation of retail shareholders in corporate governance significantly suppresses the level of corporate financialization. This effect is more prominent in samples with a more comprehensive external institutional environment, higher level of internal control, and high equity checks and balances. Mechanism tests show that retail shareholders realize the suppression of corporate financialization by reducing managerial agency costs, curbing major shareholders’ tunneling behaviors, and enhancing corporate information transparency. This study provides theoretical support and empirical evidence for policy formulation on improving internal and external protection systems for retail shareholders, expanding their participation channels in governance, and playing their active roles. However, under the dominance of capital logic, it has also brought about the risk of ideological dilemmas. Algorithmic recommendations have formed an “information cocoon”, extended the “panoptic prison”, intensified the “spiral of silence”, and exacerbated the “entertainment generalization” of society, leading to the emergence of the priority of emotional appeals in the “post-truth” era. To some extent, this makes the algorithm “dominate” humans, leading to people’s narrow cognition and extremist thinking. It also imprisons self-consciousness and erodes social integration, resulting in dilemmas of weak mainstream ideological leadership, narrowed identification, loss of dominance, and weakened cohesion. To alleviate the dilemmas, it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of technological construction and ideological leadership, and to realize multi-party collaboration in the whole society through four aspects of technical optimization, institutional regulation, multi-dimensional monitoring, and moral improvement.
