With the generation of Web 2.0 technology, online social network platforms have developed a lot. The findings of online social network structure based on complex network theory in recent years are reviewed first. From the aspect of underlying mechanism network topology, the formation differences of different online social networks are pointed out. Then taking the social network relationships of one  laboratory of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example, the influence of the structure of scientific communities and compact communication networks on information dissemination is confirmed, which helps understand the dissemination characteristics of information in network and the mechanism of network structure and social media is further analyzed.

Empirical evidences indicate that the inter-event time distribution of human behavior exhibits heavy-tailed features. This paper studied the interest-driven human dynamics using data from Sina micro-blog, which is one of the most successful on-line social media systems in China. It chose three specific events and a period of time called “general situation” in which no big events occur. The results of data analysis showed that the inter-post, inter-comment and inter-forward time distributions of each of these events follow the power law distribution. Then this paper proposed an interest-driven model with the concept of batch customer arrival in the Queuing Theory. And this model well explains the relationship between the power-law exponent and the effective duration of each event. The findings are helpful for discovering regular patterns of the message dissemination.

With the development of network and users’ growing participation in the Internet, the emerging new words in the network have greatly enriched Chinese language and its culture, and enhanced its expressiveness. From “streaking” to “complete retirement”, “naked officials”, “naked marriage” and “naked resignation” and so on, the Chinese character of “Luo” has produced a series of new words, and meanings and color of “Luo” words have also been evolving. The meaning of the “Luo” word continues to expand, while its emotional colors of humor, sarcasm and etc. increase, so that the “Luo” words in the network are widely used. The characteristics and reasons for the formation of “Luo” words from the aspects of politics, economy and culture by using “the spiral of silence” theory are analyzed.

Based on the attitudinal system of appraisal theory and the semantic annotation method from corpus study, this paper aims to discover the parameter features of Chinese online commentaries in building up their sentiment meanings. It is found that multi sentiment parameters work together during the sentiment expression of Chinese online commentaries. This annotated corpus will not only provide rich structured semantic sentiment resources for Chinese sentiment computation to facilitate machine learning, opinion extraction and summarization, but also offer a new multi-parameter operation system for present Chinese sentiment annotation work in computer science and linguistics domains.

Internet rumors often cause great social impact because of its characteristics of high-speed propagation, high degree of anonymity, more group thinking and so on. Currently, for some hot issues, a conflict often happens between users’ messages and the government’s official announcement. Based on the questionnaire analysis, the inherent relationship between Internet rumors and college student’s network information reception and cognition habits is found. These habits will affect their choices when faced with such situation.

In the e-commerce environment, post-complaint attitudes and behavior intentions are dependent on not only the influence of service recovery attributes but also individual characteristics and mental states of the customers. Starting with the study of self-consciousness and using SPSS 19.0 as the analysis tool to make multiple linear regression analysis, the effect of self-consciousness on satisfaction after recovery is explored in the e-commerce environment. The analysis shows that self-consciousness can affect the relationship between perceived justice and degree of satisfaction, and besides, private self-consciousness which is one of the two dimensions of self-consciousness plays a regulatory role. Based on the results, the suggestion on service recovery system and further research direction are presented, in order to enhance customers’ loyalty.

Based on the theories of online shopping experience and personalized recommendation, an empirical research on the relationships among personalized recommendation, online shopping experience and privacy concern are conducted. By designing various scenarios and collecting the data through questionnaire, research questions are testified and discussed by using SPSS to make multiple linear regression analysis. The study finds that the personalized degree of shopping websites’ recommendation has a positive effect on online shopping experience, and that privacy concern would moderate the impact of the personalized degree of shopping websites’ recommendation on online shopping experience.

The growing popularity of intelligent terminal and the pervasive generalized network are guiding human to a new era: the value creation era centered on the production, consumption and sharing of digital content. Information and communication technology has been penetrating into every field of social life and shaping the digital living style. In this process, network linking value will be gradually replaced by content consumption value and functional service value, and the market places and competition pattern of operators, service providers and manufacturers will encounter drastic change. The realization of convergence service in the broadband network will dramatically shock the traditional product service form and business mode. Deep transformation is necessary for the operators to seize the chance of industry revolution, response to the challenge of cross-field competition. The government should continuously release market dynamics, promoting communications to a new height.

In recent years, China’s comprehensive capability of communications is increasing rapidly and the telecom industry is developing fast. Using the partially closed input-output model, the multiplier effects of China’s telecom industry on national economy in the years of 2007 and 2011 are estimated. In addition, empirical analysis of these data is made to research the relationship between China’s telecom industry and the national economy and their change. The results show that the absolute value of the multiplier effects of telecom industry has improved from 2.98 in 2007 to 4.27 in 2011. Meanwhile, the rank of the multiplier effects of telecom industry in all of the industries has risen, and its growth rate ranked first with the number of 43.18%, which shows the strong economic vitality and investment prospect.

The tides of the Internet finance stimulate financial institutions and Internet business companies to enlarge their market shares. The present Internet finance in China concentrates on financial rules and the risk control, and almost every market player encounters the problem on credit evaluation. The whole calculation process is simulated by applying the KMV model, and the asset value volatility (σA), distance to default (DD) and expected default frequency (EDF) of 18 public companies in China are obtained. The results proves that KMV is feasible and effective in calculating credit risks in the present Internet finance in China and lays a foundation for the further study on building a reliable and standardized system to evaluate the credit risks of on-line transactions.

The long-term separation from parents makes the left-behind children in the rural areas encounter varying degrees of problems in social interaction, school life, and emotion management, which directly results in the bad situation of their mental toughness, and is not conducive to the healthy growth of left-behind children. Selecting Suining county of Xuzhou city as the research subject and collecting data by interview questionnaire, the mental toughness level of left-behind children is researched. The results shows that, the level of mental toughness of rural left-behind children is influenced by age, gender, type of care, rural type etc., based on which the several conclusions are drawn.

The information dissemination of self-media with rapid development presented the characteristics of “decentralization, interaction, fast spread and varying quality of content”, which brings challenge to the university students’ consciousness and traditional mode of higher education. The research shows that the way of forming students’ awareness of national defense shows diversified characteristics. They haven’t paid enough attention to national defense, and the ability to identify needs to be improved. Compared with direct access to the national defense knowledge, students prefer practical classes and field visits form of national defense education more. National defense education should further adjust their thinking, take full advantage of the network platform, and carry out educational work accordingly.

Abstract：Many non-English major learners are poor in their spoken English. They have spent lots of time on English but learning effects are far from satisfactory. Apart from the factor of language environment, the lack of effective strategy training is also a key factor that matters. On account of this, 637  learners are surveyed with a questionnaire and further 40 of them are inquired. It is found that lack of strategy awareness, inadequacy of knowledge of strategy and insufficient use of strategy are the problems that manifest themselves in the process of spoken English acquisition. Therefore, it is suggested in the present study that the teacher should carry out systematic training of all the strategies, especially the use of cognitive strategies, among learners in the hope that the learners are able to improve the effects of after-class autonomous learning in spoken English via the language experimental system and the overall proficiency in spoken English. The agenda and procedure of the training are also referred to in the present thesis.
