Mobile social contact has become a socializing way rapidly with its great social influence and economic influence. Wechat, as the most popular socializing APP, has obtained more and more concern from the industrial and academic circles. The essence and using motivation, source and development and potential value of Wechat are analyzed from the perspective of social network. The development of Wechat is divided into three stages: instant messaging software of private social contact, instant messaging software of multidimensional social circle supplemented by strangers, multi-functional mobile life platform. Meanwhile, the potential value of Wechat is also analyzed in the fields of e-commerce, media and education, in order to better understand the situation and development of mobile social network.

Based on the description of the abundant materials and elements of traditional Chinese culture in China’s original network games, and with the linguistic elements of traditional Chinese culture as the research object, the translation practice of two renowned original network games of China, Zhengtu and JX3, is examined to explore the translation strategies that contribute to the successful communication of Chinese traditional culture from the perspective of cross-cultural communication. The research findings reveal that English translation of China’s original network games is actually an Internet-based cross-cultural and cross-language communication activity. To guarantee the successful communication of Chinese traditional culture, a translator should fully utilize the advantages of Internet as a multimedia platform and try to ensure the seamless integration of English texts into those non-linguistic means of communication like images, videos and sound when the translation skills are chosen and used.

As executors and instructors of ideological and political education in university network community, the counselors’ using habits towards network community definitely have an impact on the education. Through the questionnaire survey, counselors’ using habits towards Beiyouren (BYR) network community are investigated. The results of logistic regression analysis show that counselors’ update frequency of their homepages, notification of important affairs and ideological guidance will have a significant effect on ideological and political education in network community.

The theories of behavioral finance is applied to analyze herd behavior in bitcoin trading market. The results show that market expectation of bitcoin investors together with trade behavior based on the expectation are interactive with bitcoin price, which makes investors imitate each other, resulting in herd behavior. Moreover, according to the design principle of bitcoin system, the change of market structure will cause stronger herd behavior, characterized by more drastic price fluctuation. Therefore, from the perspective of normalization, measures should be taken to strengthen information revelation of bitcoin fundamental value and Internet security, and reduce the infection coefficient and the impact of herd behavior. The development of bitcoin investment market should be ruled by market mechanism and rational decisions of economic agents.

Using principal-agent theory, the incentive mechanism is designed for the group-buy websites towards supply chain core enterprises and the group-buy websites’ incentive mechanism towards suppliers is discussed The results show that the stronger the capacity of the group-buy websites is, the higher the degree of endeavor is; that the stronger the capacity of the suppliers is, the higher the level of the hard-working is; that the stronger suppliers can get more incentives from the group-buy websites

New media is playing an increasingly important role in the judicial operation. In order to ensure the orderly operation of the justice, it must respond to the new media. However, when judicial authorities deal with the media, due to the restriction of the procedural requirements, the justice cannot respond to the new media’s concerns in a timely manner. Faced with this situation, the justice is necessary to insist on judicial independence, efficiency, fairness and democracy, etc. To effectively respond to the new media, the judicial organizations shall establish and improve the interactive mechanism with the new media; strengthen the ability of discourse design; guide or even seriously digest people’s compassion arising from the media. When extreme public opinion environment may lead to unfair trial, the judicial organizations should suspend the judicial case. By taking comprehensive measures, the benign interaction between the justice and the new media could be realized.

The influencing factors of individual user’s evaluation of quality of experience (QoE) in the mobile cloud computing environment are explored, and based on mobile cloud computing, individual user’s QoE evaluation influencing factor model is constructed. By using the structural equation to test the model, the proposed three aspects of the hypothesis are verified. Research results point out that in the individual user’s perception evaluation of the mobile cloud computing, positive core factors are performance expectation and social influence; that negative core factors are perceived cost and perceived risk. The research can help cloud computing providers serve individual user better.

Using the method of generalized method of moments (GMM), the influencing factors of China’s urban residents’ communication consumption is analyzed with the panel data from Chinese provinces during the period of 2001—2012.The research results show that communication consumption of urban residents has a strong inertial effect. The urban residents’ per-capita income, the consumption price index of the communication industry and the actual interest rate all have significant positive effects on communication consumption. However, the per-capita personal income tax of working-age population, Engel’s Coefficient, the children dependency ratio and the elderly dependency ratio all have negative effects on communication consumption. What’s more, the results imply that promoting economic development and improving residents’ income are the major impetus for the further development of the communication industry. At the same time, the development of communication industry also cannot ignore the factor of population, and diversified service should be developed to meet the communication consumption of different economic groups and age groups.

The economic consequences of share repurchase by the listed companies mainly focus on its market effects and the financial effects. By share repurchasing, listed companies send a signal to the outside investors, and make different degrees of changes on the stock price and financial indicators. With different development histories of the capital market of China and the United States, the economic consequences of share repurchase of these two countries also show differences. The similarities and the differences between China and the United State with comparative analysis of the economic consequences of share repurchase are revealed, for the purpose of providing theoretical references and experiential guidance for share repurchase practice of China’s listed companies.

Enterprises need to elevate competitiveness through informatization construction. But how to evaluate the enterprises’ informatization maturity level and the implementation effect of informatization should be highly concerned. A scientific evaluation method is needed to guide the enterprises to higher maturity. By studying informatization maturity model and informatization maturity index, three-dimension evaluation model of enterprises’ informatization maturity is constructed and evaluation dimension of informatization maturity takes shape initially. The horizontal axis of this model is marked by input-output, which will evaluate the effect of informatization construction, while its vertical axis is marked by management level, which will provide service to enterprises.

The core problem of cultural construction of state-owned enterprises to is establish outlook on justice and benefit in line with China’s national condition. On the one hand, the state-owned enterprises want to pursue economic benefit; on the other hand, they also need to strengthen the spirit dynamism and pursue culture soft power. Chinese traditional culture provides important theoretical resources for the construction of contemporary culture in the state-owned enterprises in the outlook on justice and benefit. Based on the idea of “gentleman loves money, take the right way”, the state-owned enterprises’ cultural construction should work well with the relationship between enterprises and the country and the relationship between the individuals and the group, realizing the pursuit of “interest” based on the ”morality” principle. With regard to Chinese proverb “Etiquette after granary”, the misunderstanding of hypothetical judgment should be overcome, and from the perspective of comprehensive judgment, the “granary” and “etiquette” should be taken as coexistent relationship, in order to realize the “justice” and “benefit” of state-owned enterprises.

College counselors’ ability of solving the problems of college students’ psychological development demand is investigated by using self-compiled questionnaire about matching degree of college students’ psychological development demand and counselors’ working. College students’ psychological development demand includes safety demand, social demand, self-value demand and self-realization demand. The results show that: the questionnaire has good reliability; the correlations between psychological development demand and its dimensions are good; counselors’ working ability evaluated by college students is strong as a whole; matching degree of psychological development demand of arts students and counselors’ working skills is higher than that of science students; matching degree of psychological development demand of freshmen and counselors’ working skills is higher than that of sophomores and junior students.

Currently, the intense employment situation and its great pressure brought to job seekers make the research on employment competitiveness of university graduates receive more and more attention from the academia and the society, and the research is developing in depth and scope. Through reviewing the research on the evaluation of employment competitiveness of university graduates, the evolution of employment competitiveness of university graduates is elaborated, using the methods of theoretical study and qualitative research. Also, the Delphi method is adopted to construct the evaluation system of university graduates’ employment competitiveness. The results show that in order to improve the employment competitiveness of university graduates further, it is necessary to meet the demand of the employment market and focus on 10 dimensions and 47 indicators, such as the students’ knowledge and professional ability, team cooperation, research and innovation capacity, etc. The research provides important reference for higher education institutions to better implement the employment guidance service.

On the basis of the Chinese and foreign cases, from the overall analysis and case comparison of empirical point of view, the incentive function of university teachers’ development center is discussed. The results show that the problem of missing incentive function widely exists in Chinese university teachers’ development center, Chinese universities’ emphasis on incentive function is inferior to foreign universities, but there are still some bright spots in the specific practice. Incentive function of university teachers’ development center should mainly include three levels: recognition of teaching achievements, in which commending teaching achievements and clarifying teaching status are its core; the sponsor for teaching research, in which supporting research projects and meeting the demand of development are its core; service for the development of teaching, in which using external forces and providing professional guidance are its core.

Computer basic course teaching is a good point for computational thinking training of non-computer major students. However, the current general knowledge of computer curriculum is scattered, so it is difficult to cultivate students’ computational thinking, and teaching effect is poor. Based on systematic analysis of teaching status and computational thinking research achievements, the research tries to break boundaries of different courses, and construct the integrated computer basic course, which focuses on computational thinking cultivation. Knowledge is linked through curriculum practice, emphasizing the correlation within different parts and practical ability is strengthened through exercise. Good experimental teaching results are achieved.
